Sarah stepped through the door and out into the clearing. This isn't where I was before.. She looked around noticing the clearing was much bigger than before, with trees covering overhead. There were fireflies lining around the circle dancing amongst themselves. She looked around until her eyes came across a tree stump. There's no openings anywhere except for, this tree stump. She looked around again trying to find a path behind her but still found no clearing. The trees weaved together so tightly you couldn't see outward or even in if you stood on the other side. She looked up and could barely see bits of the sky. The only light shining here was from the glow of the fireflies. She took a deep breath and sighed, "Where am I now.." She mumbled to herself staring at the trees.

"Well, you can't expect to get anywhere standing there so glum." Sarah stiffened up before turning around to the sound of the voice. On the stump stood the same woman from her vision. Sarah froze with her finger slightly pointed in the strange being's direction. "Y..You.. your the same.. from the.. how'd you..?" Sarah stuttered trying to recollect her thoughts. The being giggled. "Yes I am." She spoke softly; her eyes rippling as the blue swirled with her smile. Sarah lowered her hand. Silence fell between them for a moment before Sarah spoke. "I have so many questions." The woman continued to smile, "I'm sure you do. It is only natural. However I can not answer them all now." She paused. Sarah relaxed a bit while waiting for her to continue. "Sarah, as you know, I am the one who made you. Your mother was just an incubator for my seed. Your origin is from me." Sarah furrowed her brow. "Seed? So that means.." her eyes widened as she looked up to the woman before her. "Yes, my child. I am, Almother."

Sarah froze as she stared at the beautiful being before her.  Almother... She kneeled quickly bowing her head. Almother giggled as she stepped down from the stump walking toward Sarah, flowers trailing with every step.

"My child, there's no need for you to bow to me. You are my child all I ask is for your patience to hear my guidance." Sarah looked up to Almother before standing up slowly. "I.. just can't believe... Is that.."

"Yes, Sarah." Before she could finish, Almother replied. "All the things you were able to do would not have been accomplished if you were not made from me. You have power more than you realise and it's already awaken inside you. A power so great it's only equal is Jareth." Sarah blushed bright red looking down biting her lip. "My child it's alright." Almother came forward and embraced her. Her skin like bark but soft like cotton cradling her as Sarah leaned into her chest. "I.. don't understand.." Almother caressed Sarah's Raven hair feeling her energy pulsate faintly. "In time you will understand.. but right now, there's something that needs to be done." Sarah lifted her head up gazing into Almother's eyes. "What is that?" Almother held onto her hands gently as she smiled softly. "It's time for you to be awakened."

Sarah tilted her head in confusion before Almother traced her head to her cheek and held her face softly. At first all she felt was warmth until both sides of her face was held by Almother. Her cotton fingers pulsated before her head started to spin. Sarah grasped Almother's hands before feeling pulled back into her mind. Light and colors swirled continuously before she started to feel a burning sensation in her chest. Sarah's breath was shallow and her body hot to the touch she tried pulling away but didn't have the strength. She kept pushing fighting the pain, biting through the cloud of spinning images. Wh.. What.. What's happening... She felt as if she could give up before a faint voice filled her head. Fight it. Don't let the world's energy consume you. Control the energy. Sarah kept spinning feeling distant.  I c...cant.  She sighed in her head, the moment feeling stretched into hours as if everything slowed down. Yes. You can my child. Use your will to push through it. Control it. Sarah drifted in a sea of empty thoughts. The images continued to glide but none she could grasp. She took a breath and clasped her head. I think i can.. No.. I will push through this.  Sarah took another breath as she stood straighter and forced the swirling thoughts into a box of her imagination. You have no power over me. She whispered as she forced the enveloping energy away, her chest and core started to glow warming Almother's hands as she pulled away. Sarah glowed more and more before pushing the energy of the world back, flowers bloomed around her as the fireflies spinned encircling her rapidly before slowing down to rest upon her.
