Chapter 32: Emergency at the Domain

Sidon's POV

I woke up with Link on top of my chest when I remembered the events that occurred a few hours ago i quickly covered us up when i heard Zelda shout my name and asked if we were decent i said yes and place Link to the side of me and sat up as i saw a letter in Zelda's hand addressed to me and when i saw the Zora crest my heart sank "its off your father." Zelda said coming to Links side and braiding his hair watching him sleep. I get they're like siblings but it makes me uncomfortable how close Zelda is with Link, like she could easily steal him from me.

'My dearest son,

I am sorry to inform you that you will have to return home immediately without Master Link as we have something to tell you, I will tell you more when you arrive in the Domain.

I was hesitant about going back but there were 3 Zora soldiers waiting for me. "Zelda will you please explain to Link that my father has requested an early return to the Domain and give him the letter." I asked her and she exited letting me get changed into my royal gear and i make my way to the carriage near Rito stable and made my way back home without my love.

Link's POV

I woke to an empty bed and all of Sidon's things gone, i quickly got dressed and ran out around the village to try and figure out where my lover has gone when i bump into Zelda "Link! I need to tell you something come back to out hut." She says making me follow her "Zelda there's no time Sidon's missing!" I scream but she isn't worried "Link Sidon's not missing he has been requested home by his father." Riju says trying to calm me down and attract less attention to us. We finally get to their hut and Zelda sits me down "He didn't want to wake you and he was going to protest and not go but Zora guards took him away.." Zelda started and sat down as well pulling something out of her pockets and handing it to me ".. he told me to give you this." She put a hand on mine as i read what the letter said and i was confused why would they want him back? "Link we can leave tomorrow morning if you would like?" Zelda said to me since we had many things to do here still. I nodded and Zelda could see that i was sad that i was separated from my lover that her and Riju kissed less around me they were still close but agreed not to upset me anymore which I appreciated.

Sidon's POV

We were close to the Domain, I saw the beautiful blue fish structure in the distance, no matter how much i tried to put my mind off of him it kept on coming back the feeling that I abandoned him. I kept on thinking about it for the rest of the journey and was snapped out of it when i heard a sweet voice say "Sidon right?" I looked up to see a beautiful Lime Green Zora with royal jewellery on. I nodded at her and then realised what was happening 'No No NO father knows I'm with Link so why would he do this' i feel anger boiling in my blood as i get out of the carriage

"Excuse me I've got to speak with my father." I walk past her and stormed my way over to the throne rooms and slam the doors of them "sidon-" my father started but i cut him off "DON'T SIDON ME FATHER I CANT BELIEVE YOU'VE DONE THIS! I WAS HAPPY!" I yelled at him  "I see you've met her than." He replies "Father i have proposed to Link i cant get married unless it's to him." I say still mad at him but calming down "Im sorry Sidon but a deal is a deal and i have promised Yona's family that you will marry her." My father says to me "WITHOUT EVEN TALKING TO ME!" And suddenly it clicks "Did you even like Link is this why you've done this?" He looks at me "Sidon its not wether i liked Link or not a Zora colony wanted to make a deal and i agreed I'm sorry Sidon its part of being a prince." He said but i tut at him "typical" i say and storm out heading to my chambers but get stopped with a hand on my arm. I turned around wishing it was Link but instead it was Yona "hi i think we got off on the wrong foot." She says with a smile, its not her fault i wont shout at her.i smile back "Im Princess Yona," she says holding her hand out which I accept "Do you have a place to sleep?" I ask her "uh yes but could i stay with you, you seem nice and I'm scared." She says i nod and show her to my room "you can take the bed." I say making my way to the chair which had some of Link's clothes on. "I was hoping we could sleep together actually." She said as i picked up Links clothes and hugged them "Look I'm sorry Yona but I'm not going to sleep with you." I say hugging Link's clothes tightly. "Oh i see, you have someone else." She says and i nod "he's actually my fiancée...i didn't know my father would do this." I look at her, she has confusion plastered over her face "he?" She asked curiously "Yes! His name is Link and he is the savior of Zora's domain and the Champion that saved Hyrule!" I say to her with a wide smile. I miss him so much. "PRINCE SIDON!" A guard yells "WE NEED YOU!" I run out the door still holding Links clothes.
