Louis POV
We've just arrived in Australia for our tour. My sister Lottie is also tagging along on tour with us. We head to our hotel room, Liam unlocks the door as he keeps hold of the keys. We're all pretty tired from the plane so we thought we'd go to bed as it was almost 10pm and we have an early interview in the morning.
"I'm going to bed lads" I said
"Good idea, me to" Lottie replied
We all go into our hotel rooms. Liam and Harry are sharing a room, Niall and Zayn share a room then Lottie and I share a room. We say our goodnight and go our separate ways in our rooms.

Liam's POV
My 7am alarm went off, I dragged myself out of bed and went to wake the boys. I started with waking Harry as we're in the same room.
"Haz, time go get up" I said gently shaking him
"Mhm" Harry mumbled in response before sitting up
Next I go to Niall and Zayns Room and lightly knock on the door until I get a response
"Boys! You getting up?" I shouted through the door
"We're already up Liam!" The Irish boy shouted back.
Next it was onto Louis and Lottie, and again I lightly knocked on the door and shouted through
"Lou? Lots? You guys up?" I shouted
"Mhm, we're getting up" I heard Louis mumble.

Lottie's POV
I Heard muffled sounds from under my blanket, it sounded something like Liam shouting. Must mean it was time to get up. I really didn't want to get up, truthfully I didn't feel very well at all. I felt a headache creeping upon me, I felt a stomach ache growing and I felt nauseous. I just cringed thinking about it.
"Lots, time to get up love" Louis said whilst shaking me gently
"Mhm" I mumbled in response

I finally managed to sit up, I eventually stood up which was a bad idea. As soon as I stood up, I got a wave of dizziness which caused me to grab the post of my bed for support. As soon as the dizzy spell passed, I met the 5 boys downstairs for breakfast.
"Morning Lottie!" Liam shouted making me wince
"You okay love?" Louis asked with concern
I just shaked mg head no, Louis opened his arms for me to hug him which I gladly accepted
"What's wrong love?" Louis asked whilst hugging me
"I don't feel well" I mumbled into his shoulder
"Why what feels bad love?" Louis asked grabbing the other boys attention
"My head and my stomach hurt, I feel sick and dizzy" I said as I felt all 5 sets of eyes on me
"Oh love, sit down. We don't want you passing out" Louis said as he pulled a chair out for me
I sat down next to Louis and just layed my head on the table. I was beginning to feel worse by the minute.

No one's POV
"Lou...." Lottie whined
"What's up love?" Louis asked with a worried look on his face
"I feel sick...." She replied before gagging into her hand
"Shit... to the bathroom!" Louis said as he grabbed her hand

Louis led Lottie to the bathroom holding her incase she got dizzy on the way. They only just made it before her stomach contents made its reappearance in the toilet bowl.
"Louuuu... my stomach hurts so much" she said before throwing up again
"I know love, just relax and let it all out" Louis soothed while rubbing her back
After 20 minutes in the bathroom, Lottie felt well enough to stand up and go back to her room in the hotel. Louis got her settled back in bed and set a bucket on the floor just Incase she felt sick again.

"How is she Lou?" Zayn asked
"Not good, she threw up a lot" Louis replied
"We have to leave for the interview in 20 minutes tho, think she'll be okay?" Niall asked
"I can't leave her on her own!" Louis replied
"What are we gonna do then?" Harry asked
"I'm gonna call management to see if Louis can have the day off" Liam said pulling his phone out
"They won't let me Liam, I had the entire week off last week because I was sick" Louis replied
"It's worth a shot tho" Niall said

Liam pulls out his phone to call management.
"Liam? What can I do for you?"
"Hi, uh we have a bit of a situation.."
"What's going on Now?"
"Uhm Lottie, Louis sister, has come down with some sickness bug and we were wondering if Louis can have a few days off to take care of her?"
"No, absolutely not!"
"He needs to take care of her, she's in no fit state to look after herself!"
"Liam I said no!"
"I don't care! Louis won't be in today"
And with that Liam hung up the phone.
"So what did management say?" Louis asked curiously
"Well I told them your not gonna be in and they weren't happy"
"Gonna look forward to back to work them" Louis said sarcastically
"I know" Liam chuckled
"We need to get going before we're late!" Niall chirped up
"Ok no, we're coming" Liam called
"Call us if you need anything Lou" Harry said
"Will do" Louis replied
The 4 boys left for the interview, leaving Louis and Lottie at the hotel.

After 4 days of rest lottie was back to herself and nursed to full health by Louis. What an amazing big brother🫶🏼
