Sadako's POV

"Yesterday! You were so rude to Sukuna-Sama," Sakura chided with disapproval.

"Really...? But I've got no such memory of it...?" I furrowed my brow, genuinely puzzled.

"Were you half asleep?" The eldest among us frowned, as we folded the beds in our shared room, despite the availability of several empty rooms.

"I must've been. I mean, it was past midnight!" I sighed in exasperation.

"Madam... We could have handled that," the head maid interjected with a sigh as she entered the room, to which we both grinned. "It's fine. It's fun," Sakura reassured.

"Madam!! Lady!!! Lady Aizawa!!!" Another maid's urgent call echoed through the halls, interrupting our banter.

"Which lady are you referring to?" I quipped amused, as the distant sounds of hurried footsteps filled the elegantly adorned corridors.

"Aikawa-Sama!! Sadako-Sama!! You've got a letter." Hana, one of my maids, entered my room with haste. "What's the hurry?" Sakura sighed questioning.

With a respectful bow, Hana handed over the letter. "It's from Ryomen Sukuna-Sama," she announced, causing us all to freeze momentarily.

"Who?" I scowled at the sight of the finely crafted paper, taking it with trembling hands as my heart pounded with fear and uncertainty.

"He... He won't challenge me to a duel, will he? Hey-- I'm just a child... surely he won't harm me, right?" I looked to my maids for reassurance.

"You'll be missed," they responded, their expressions somber, heightening my anxiety.

And with that, they dismissed themselves.

"No, wait—!"

"Sister... I don't want to die!" I whined, my eyes welling up with tears. "Come on. He came to meet you so late last night, I'm sure he likes you. Not to say he's your soulmate."

"Go on, read and check what he's sent." Sakura discreetly stepped back, granting me a moment of privacy to absorb the words meant solely for my eyes, and I did.

Dear Sadako,

As I pen these words, I can feel my heart beating with an intensity I have never known before. It's as if the universe has conspired to bring us together.

"What the fuck?!" I exclaimed in shock, causing Sakura to sweatdrop as she peered over my shoulder to read the letter with me.

From the depths of my being, I must confess that the moment our eyes met, I felt a connection unlike any other.

"Is this really Ryomen Sukuna's handwriting?!"

It was as if time stood still, and in that fleeting instant, I knew that I had found a missing piece of my heart.

"A missing piece of what?"

Your presence has carved an indelible mark on my soul, a mark that pulsates with the force of destiny, drawing me inexorably toward you.

"Dude! We barely exchanged two words yesterday."

And yet, I find myself haunted by the memory of your presence. In the stillness of night, your image, the way your scarlet hair dances behind over your eyelids.

"I barely had the energy to keep my eyes open, let alone make an impression!"

The sparkle in your eyes when you spoke of your passions!
