that time of year has come again where paper hearts syndrome has aged yet another year and i do yet another redraw !!!!!!!! 😍😍😍

also for this years this was the og drawing:

the drawing was unfortuantely . too dark for my taste and it felt like the drawing was blending in a little with the black bg so i brightened it up a bit

okay so !! thought process time !! ^_^.

for starters i changed his expression a bit bc the oriignal disgrutnled look felt a bit . out of character (like a facial expression tb should not be making LOL)

also i gave him backpack straps bc yk . in the story he was walking home from school . so it makes sense .

aannddd thats about it ! ^_^. i like to stay mostly loyal when i do redraws so that my progress is a bit more obvious .

ALSO WHILE I WAS DRAWING THIS I WAS FLIPPING THE CANVAS AND MESH TRANSFORMING A KAJILLION TIMES HE LOOKS SO UNEVEN AND WEIRD . but i fixed it so whatever (aka just. settled with the best i could get it LMAOAOOA)
