Hanni pov:
"Kang Haerin?!" I yelled.
Haerin's cat eyes widened and she looked at me in shock.
"Min-" Minki didn't let Haerin finish and covered her mouth with her hand. It was quite funny how Minki's hand could actually cover Haerin's whole face.
"Can we talk privately?" Minki whispered to her. "Hanni, please wait for us, we need a moment" She then grabbed Haerin by her sleeve and dragged out of the room.
I was still shocked, but decided to look around.
"Wow, Dani wasn't joking when she said her kitty is rich" It was a huge and fancy place, a living room, I suppose. "I should look around"

In the other room
Minki's pov"What the fuck was that, Kim Minji?!" Haerin whispered angrily.
I sighed and took off my mask , my hair were kinda messy, some plasters on my face were covering scratches.
"I need your help, please" I looked her in the eyes. "She needs some place to hide, they chase her" I whispered. "I need to deal with them and most of all, I need to protect her. If they'll get her in their arms and will know that flash drive is not with her anymore, we can say bye to Pham Hanni"
Haerin looked down and rubbed her eyes. "Ugh... Why are we even friends.." She sighed and chuckled. "Give me the flash drive, at least we will know what they're looking for"
I hugged her tightly. "Thanks, kitty Kang"
"Say that again and I'll kick your ass out of here" She hissed and took the flash drive, heading to her office.
She took out her laptop, stick in the flash, and then smirked. "Such a primitive file protection" Soon enough she opened the files on the flash and started searching.
"Found something?" I looked at her nervously. She then locked eyes with me.
"If you're so nervous about your girl, then go check her and let me work" She said calmly, but I could see her little grin.
"What? My girl? Come on, Haerin, I'm just helping her.." I sighed.
"Isn't she's the one who you said was stalking on you?" She said while still typing something on her laptop.
"Yeah, she is, I bet she also was seeking for something in my flat, but it's okay, I guess, she's a journalist after all" I shrugged shoulders, remembering all the moments when I spotted Hanni in the subway or at my work.
"That's why I'm worried about her staying here. What if she'll write about you? I bet she already knows who you are" She looked concerned.
"Chill, bro, I don't think she knows, not after that AI call*, you know this Minki AI is pretty good, I couldn't spot the difference in voices" I smile proudly.
"So you used that AI trick? Impressive" She smiled. "But still, do you think we can believe her?"
I smiled softly, my cheeks now a little bit pink. "I believe her, she won't be a problem"
Haerin frowned and look at me "You like her, don't you?"
I sighed and smiled. "Not really, I still don't know what I feel towards her..." I coughed "For now I just want to make sure she's safe, I don't want to talk about my feelings, it's not important"
"Go and check her, I'll send you everything when I'm done. She can stay." Haerin was staring at the monitor.
"Thanks, Kang, I appreciate that" I smiled and patted her.
"Do it again and I'll kill you" She hissed, but continued to work.
"Like you can" I smirked and walked out of the room. I got my mask on and head to the living room. Hanni was there, sitting on the couch and doing something on her phone.
"You're done?" She turned off her phone as soon as she saw me. "I can stay?"
I nodded and sat beside her. "Haerin is okay with that, she's a bit... Grumpy, but it's just cat things" I smiled and she laughed softly. She indeed was beautiful.
I felt my cheeks warming up.
"So... How did you two met each other?" She placed her hands on her knees, her eyes were burning holes in me and when our gazes locked, I felt like melting.
"Um... We met in the school, we both liked science back then and somehow it was easy for us to get along. Now she's a programmer and my personal hacker and I..." I wanted to continue, but then I remembered that Hanni doesn't know me. "A superhero.. Yeah" I stutter a little, looking down from the embarrassment.
She smiled at me. "Is it your only job? To be a hero? You make money from that?" I could see that childish curiosity in her eyes. I always seen it when she was looking at me, I mean Minji.
"No, I don't make money from this. I do everything because I want to help, and I do have another job" I didn't even knew why I was saying this to her. Haerin may be right, she can ask me for this to expose me. She's a journalist, it's her job... And I'm no one to her, so it's kind of possible.
I still didn't want to believe this. Can she really be that bad? No... This innocent face needs only protection.. And I'll make sure she get it.
"It's cool..." She looked down for a second "Also... Thank you, Minki" I swear I saw a blush on her face. "For doing this"
I can't help, but smile at her words. Fuck, I want to kiss her so bad...
"It's nothing.. It's my job to help" I whispered.
Our eyes locked again, my heart was beating so fast, I'm so glad I'm in mask, because my face is so red.
She pulled closer. Fuck it.
I rolled up my mask a little, so my lips and the tip of my nose were seen and pulled her closer.
What am I even doing?...
Her lips are so soft and sweet, is she using a peach lip gloss? I never felt so warm before.
This kiss didn't last long, we pulled away and both of our faces were crimson.
I just kissed her.
"Wow... Um.." Hanni looked down, tips of her ears were red. Cute.
"Sorry, I... It's just" I wasn't any better, I was stuttering like an idiot in love. "Hanni-"
Suddenly, Haerin barged into the room, her face was blank.
"Minki... I need you, for a second. Now."

AI call*
It's the thing from chapter 3 when Minji "called" Minki to prove that they're not the same person. It was just a voice AI, so don't get confused like Hanni.
