Rain, rain, go away,
Come again another day,
Isn't that what they always say,
But what if I want you to stay?Rain, oh rain, just listen to my plea,
Wash away my sadness, and enlighten me?I see that you know best how to let things go,
So teach me your ways,
The art of letting go of all that isn't meant to be,
Of all that isn't for me.And I know you see,
That at night,
Even my light
isn't so bright anymore.Because, as the clouds weep, so does my soul,
Longing for a love that'd make me whole,
Each raindrop echoes the ache I bear,
Yet, I yearn for the storm we could share. In that storm you'd be the lighting,
That shines and glows,
And I'd be the thunder
that follows you, wherever you go.So, rain, rain, don't go away,
Don't come again another day...
Just stay. For within your tears, you mend my heart,
And with your droplets, You fill the deep holes,
made by sad bullets.A.A.R
