Echoes of Metamorphosis

Chapter 14

Damian and I had spent that morning together talking and snuggling. Okay, we might've done a bit more than that but we'll keep the details for later. We both just wanted to spend the day together without distractions from anyone so, we went down to the pool to hang and hopefully no one would be in there. It'll just be the two of us.
"I still can't believe you said that you love me!" I said out loud to him. He blushed when I said that. It was cute, so it was okay.

"I know! I honestly can't believe it either, but I'm glad I did." He smiled. I loved his smile, it always reached up to his beautiful eyes. "You are?" I asked as if I didn't already know. "Yeah. Because if I hadn't have said it, I definitely would've regretted it." I would've too if I didn't say anything back. I think I want to ask him to be my boyfriend, like right now. So I guess I just gotta go out and say it. "So uhh, Damian? Can I ask you something? and you don't have to say yes or anything." I said as I was thinking about what to say next.

"Yes, handsome?" He replied. I love hearing him call me handsome, it just sounds so good coming from him. "Uhh, I don't know how to say this but uhh, do you want to be my boyfriend?" I just hid after that, afraid of what his answer was going to be. Hopefully a good answer. "Arrow. Stop hiding, yes, of course I'll be your boyfriend!"

I then just had the BIGGEST smile on my face after he said that. "Wait. Really? You really want to be my boyfriend?"
"Yes! I really really do!" We were both smiling at each other and laughing like we had heard the worst joke ever, but still thought it was funny. I went over to him and kissed him a whole lot more, it was more of a snog though. I'm glad that he didn't pull away or stop the kiss, instead he just kissed me harder than I was.
"I love you darling." I mumbled as he continued kissing me, with a smile still plastered on our faces. "I love you too babe." He mumbled softly back. I loved the sound of his voice, it was so musky and kind of sexy.

By this point, we had both gotten hungry so, we made our way to the kitchen, hand-in-hand, and opened the fridge to see what we had and what deliciousness we could make. We had found some eggs and seasonings - which did sound delicious - but didn't quite fill us up. So, I grabbed Damian's hand and we left on our way towards the area where the food court is. He didn't look too happy about this but he just went along with it, because he knew it'd make me happy.
"C'mon, this way!" I exclaimed excitedly like a kid on Christmas. He smiled and said "Alright, I'm coming!"

We made it to a place where people would often have accidents and luckily, there was someone who had tripped badly. So we made our way over to them and acted worried and they told us what happened so we said that we'd take them to get checked out at the doctors, which wasn't a lie. They nodded and followed us to the doctors office, but we had stopped a little bit away from there so it didn't look too suspicious with what we were about to do.

Once we had our snack, we compelled them to forget about us and what we did. We took them in to get checked out and that's when we left before anything else happened. We knew they were in safe hands. And with that, we made our way home giggling a little. We had just made it home after that whole night, I had realised that I had almost missed my final training session ever.

I quickly gave Damian a kiss and made my way down to the training room.

Training went super fast today, which was good because I was finally done with everything and I did have places to be. I ran back upstairs to shower and Damian came to join me too, which was nice. I told him how training went and he said he was proud of me! I kissed him after that and it might've got a little steamy in there.
"This was a well needed shower, thank you baby." I said to him. "You're very welcome my love, I'm glad I joined you." The way he calls me 'my love' just makes me smile so big. I've never been in love with anyone this much before.
