The Entity seemed to be in a good mood all of a sudden. Nobody knew what had happened for that to be the case... Well, not everyone knew what had happened.

"I still find it petty how Kate's guitar ended up with her but mine didn't." (Y/N) laid out on his back in boredom. There was a whole lot of nothing to do. He couldn't go back to see the other survivors and the rest of the killers were off doing their own thing. It was just him and the survivors who came looking for him. Oh, and Joey had come to sit with Danny and Rin.

As if hearing the pleas, the Entity's claws arose from a portal in the ground, catching everyone off guard. (Y/N) shot up into a seated position, crawling back a bit out of instinct. The Entity opened its talons to reveal what he knew as an electric guitar and an amp. The creature deposited them both on the grass before disappearing again.

"Wow. Eavesdropper..." Danny huffed.

"Did it seriously just..." (Y/N) slid towards the equipment with interest. He had never been allowed to use an amp unless he was in the school music room. What had the Entity in such high spirits?

"Ask and you shall receive... Do all killers just get free stuff like this?" Jill murmured, eyes turning towards Rin, Danny and Joey. It was rare that the survivors ever got anything from the world's god. Then again, they were the prey. Why would they?

"That is sick..." Mike said as he inspected the guitar from (Y/N)'s side. The other man picked it up in his hands, sliding a finger along each string to check which ones were in tune.

"Seems like a silent way of telling you to play something." Sam added.

"Or a thank you? You done anything big for our interdimensional friend?" Danny asked.

"No. Not that I can remember. Must just be in a great mood, I guess." (Y/N) shrugged. He wasn't complaining one bit. He was about to question why the amp was there though since there weren't exactly many outlets around here. But he could've sworn he heard the buzzing of electricity already inside of it. Interesting...

"You guys haven't gotten to hear him play, right?" Laurie tilted her head at the killers. Danny hummed in disagreement and Rin shook her head.

"We've stopped by to listen from the forest before." The blue girl stated with a calm expression. (Y/N) got to work on setting the equipment up as everyone watched with keen eyes.

"Now you've got a premium seat so you can hear me mess up certain chords even better." (Y/N) said unenthusiastically, earning a few chuckles.

In the group, Laurie had paused to glance off towards one side of the forest. It was an instinct of hers to check for possible danger. Maybe she was just overreacting again, but she always got the feeling of being watched from the darkness when she sat at camp.

Steve had been eyeing the opposite direction in a mix of a daydream and wariness. He could've sworn he heard twigs breaking. Maybe it was just his imagination.

But what did they have to worry about right now? It was better to forget about their problems and chill for a while.

"Are you sure you're okay, Mikaela? I watched you get thrown through a frickin window." Jack had an arm around the girl as they sat back at camp. From the moment they returned, the first thing they noticed was Jake sat silently in the corner sulking. He was just straight up killed rather than sacrificed.

Jack had been really worried for Mikaela both during the trial and since they got back. He felt bad that he had to leave her to escape Eric, but on the bright side she had been saved by Yui.

But those corrupted hooks were really messing with Mikaela. Their effects were similar to those of the Doctor or Cenobite. It made it hard to focus and really screwed with your mind. After the third mishap with the generators, Mikaela had been close to just giving up, but Jack had managed to get her back on track. She was grateful for that.
