Third Person POV

After successfully completing the indoctrination in the Wen Sect and dealing with the Xuanwu Slaughter, Lan Wangji and Lan XiChen made the decision to bring Wuxian to Yiling.

Wuxian was suffering from a high fever and had significantly depleted spiritual energy, prompting them to seek the help of Wei Qing, to examine his condition.

Meanwhile, both the Yunmeng Jiang Sect and the Lan Sect were left wondering about the whereabouts of the trio.

Wangji and XiChen had left without bidding farewell, heading straight to Yiling to avoid any potential risks to Wuxian's fragile health.

A week passed, and chaos ensued as Wen Chao launched an attack on Yunmeng. Fortunately, the Yunmeng Jiang Sect was prepared, receiving assistance from both the Nie Clan and the Lan Clan. The combined forces stood strong against the enemy, determined to protect their home.

During this time, Wangji and XiChen chose not to inform Wuxian about the attack, as they didn't want to burden their beloved with unnecessary worries. Wuxian's well-being was their top priority, and they didn't want him to be stressed.

After three long days, Wei Qing emerged from the room where she had been tending to her brother. Her expression was a mix of relief and exhaustion as she spoke,

"His fever has finally dissipated. He is now resting, but he needs time to regain his strength." Her words brought a sense of relief to Wangji and XiChen, who had been anxiously waiting for any news about Wuxian's condition.

Wei Qing continued, her voice filled with a mix of joy and pride, "And the twins, they are perfectly healthy, just like their mother."

The Jades couldn't help but let out a sigh of relief at the news. Knowing that Wuxian and their children were safe and well brought a sense of peace to their troubled hearts.

As the sun began to rise, the bustling life of the Yiling Lanhua Sect unfolded within the palace walls.

The joyful laughter of children filled the air as they played in the vibrant garden, while the wise Elders diligently carried out their duties, ensuring the smooth operation of the sect.

In the midst of this lively atmosphere, a woman adorned in a striking robe that combined shades of red, black, and white entered the bustling kitchen.

With an air of authority, she swiftly organized the tasks at hand, providing instructions to the staff before swiftly moving on.

Her efficiency and attention to detail were evident as she meticulously checked on the maids, ensuring that everything was running smoothly.

Meanwhile, in the training grounds, a seemingly timid man stood silently, observing the disciples as they honed their skills.

His presence commanded respect, and the disciples were elated to have their ruler back among them.

They are excited to showcased their progress, eager to impress their leader with their newfound strength and expertise in martial arts and swordsmanship.

Outside, the woman from the kitchen took on the role of caretaker, cautioning the children not to venture out without the company of their elders.

She sighed with relief as her gaze fell upon the vigilant guards stationed at every corner. The safety of the sect was of utmost importance, and she was grateful that they had nothing to worry about.

Making her way to the training grounds, the woman called out to the man in the black robe, addressing him affectionately,

"A-Ning!" Her smile conveyed warmth and familiarity as she approached him with a purpose.
