Third Person POV

Wen Rouhan's eyes sparkled with a mixture of joy and gratitude as he locked gazes with his master. "Master," he whispered, his voice filled with reverence and warmth. "I am here, as promised, to stand by your side on this momentous day."

Yu Wuxian's eyes crinkled with delight as he stepped forward, his maids, Yinzhu and Jinzhu, following closely behind. He extended a hand towards Wen Rouhan, inviting him to join them. " A-Rou, my loyal disciple," he said, his voice carrying a sense of pride. "I knew you would not disappoint me. Your presence here means the world to me."

The Lan disciples, their swords still drawn but their hearts softened by the sight before them, exchanged glances of uncertainty. Master Lan, his gaze shifting from Wen Rouhan to Yu Wuxian, sensed the unspoken bond between the two.

He stepped forward, his voice commanding attention. "Lower your swords," he ordered, his tone leaving no room for disobedience.

Reluctantly, the Lan disciples obeyed, their swords returning to their sheaths. The tension that had gripped the air dissipated, replaced by a newfound sense of hope and curiosity.

They watched as Wen Rouhan, with measured steps, approached Yu Wuxian, their eyes filled with a mix of curiosity and cautious acceptance.

Yu Wuxian enveloped Wen Rouhan in a warm embrace, their connection transcending the boundaries of time and circumstance.

"Thank you for honoring your promise and being here for me on this special day," he whispered, his voice filled with gratitude.

"Now, come inside... Would you mind keeping my grandmother company for a while?" Wuxian asked as they headed inside Cloud Recesses.

"Certainly, Master... I would be delighted to talk to her. It has been years since we last saw each other," Wen Rouhan answered. Wuxian smiled as they continued their walk towards the guest's dormitory.

He knocked on the door, and when they heard Baoshan Sanren's invitation to enter, they stepped inside.

Baoshan Sanren smiled. "Clan Leader Wen, long time no see... I thought you weren't going to attend A-ying's special day."

"Grandmaster, as you mentioned, this is my Master's special day... I wouldn't miss it for anything," Clan Leader Wen said earnestly.

Wuxian decided to leave them alone to talk and made his way to Lanshi. He knew his parents and Master Lan would be there, eager to speak with him.

On his way to Lanshi, Yu Wuxian couldn't help but notice two familiar individuals, Jin Zixuan and Jiang Yanli, locked in a tense glare.

As he looked into his sister's eyes, he couldn't help but feel a surge of emotions that he despised. It was a feeling of resentment that seemed to resurface every time he laid eyes on Yanli.

Frustration welled up inside him, and he clenched his fists in irritation, determined to intervene.

"Maiden Jiang, Young Master Jin, have the rules written on the stone not been enough for both of you to understand? Yelling is strictly prohibited in Cloud Recesses. Here, in Cloud Recesses, we embody the principles of respect," Wuxian spoke coldly, his gaze fixed on the two of them.

Yanli lowered her gaze, while Zixuan scoffed dismissively. "Well, well, look who decided to join us."

"Jin gongzi," Wuxian began to speak, but Zixuan interrupted him.

"I seem to have forgotten your warning to stay away from your sister. My apologies," Zixuan sneered, meeting Wuxian's gaze head-on. Wuxian shifted his gaze towards his sister, his expression unreadable.
