Mariana's POV:
If you're all wondering how did Mariana know about her condition.
Here's a short flashback story.
I always feel this pain in my bones and I have this random nosebleeds.
"Ali you should have an appointment to a doctor, para maagapan kaagad niyang palagi mong pag no nosebleed and pagsakit ng mga buto mo" Macy said worrying.
"Yeah maybe soon, I'm still busy with modeling and my calendar is full of photoshoot, have you seen my schedules do you?" I ask Macy with confusing look.
"Sorry nakipag meeting kasi ako sa mga investors and may meeting kami nila ate ellise" Macy said.
"Oh about pala doon sa restaurant mo tumaas ang ratings" macy said and I jumped happily.
"Alam mo ba may nag invest sa company mo andami nila" Macy said.
"Ohh I'm so happy that my company is successful and also my restaurant, thank you very much Mace for always here by my side!" I said and hugged her.
"Mariana may dugo yung ilong mo?!" Macy said in shocked.
I look to the mirror of my office and I saw a blood on my nose.
Suddenly
"Ouch!!! Mace help me it hurts so much!" I said while holding my blouse.
"Oh what, w-what should I do?!" Macy said while panicking.
"I'll call your parents nalang!" Macy said when.
"No don't tell them, please! Just bring me to the hospital call my driver!" I said while the pain increases.
Macy called my driver.
My driver carried me and brought me to the hospital.
After minutes we already arrived at a private hospital.
"Please help my friend!" Macy shouted when nurses and doctors came to me.
The doctors injected me some painkillers and after that I fell asleep.
When Im awake I saw Macy sleeping on the couch here in my hospital room.
"Mace......" I called Macy.
"What?! Are hurt nanaman ba?!" Macy said while panicking.
"No don't be too oa naman" I said then laugh.
"Sinong Hindi ma papanick sa kalagayan mo?!" Macy said.
"We should tell your family na Mariana so that they won't be worried" Macy said.
"NO! they don't have to know mace!" I said.
"What did the doctors said ba?" I asked Macy.
Macy was silent for about a minutes.
"Macy hello? Are you okay?" I asked her.
"A-ahm i-i am okay" Macy said while stuttering.
"Why are you stuttering?" I asked her.
"I-i I'm not kaya!" Macy said.
"Just tell what the doctors said" I said.
"I'm so sorry Mariana but you have cancer" Macy said and started to cry.
"W-what No?!" I asked her in disbelief.
"Yes Ali, I'm so sorry!" Macy said while her tears were flowing so fast.
"I -its not your fault mace" I said.
"Please mace don't tell this to my parents they will be so worried at me" I said pleasing her.
"But Ali" Macy said.
"No buts mace, if they will know about my condition they will not allow me to do things that I want, and they have a problem with the company, I don't want to be added with their problems" I said.
"Okay but what if your disease will trigger?" Macy asked worriedly.
"Don't worry I'll take care of my self mace, just please keep this secret for now" I said.
"But you know Ali, lahat nang sekreto mabubunyag" Macy said.
"I know but for now please just keep it" I said.
She just nodded.
After that, I tell the doctors that they have to private my illness from the people who knows me.
I'm a model I'm famous and once if they found out that I have illness, they won't allow me to do my job.
I always secret my pain to my family, so I stay at my own house here in Madrid.
I always have nosebleeds all the time and my back bone hurts so bad.
But I always remain silent.
As I visit my family in the other house.
"Oh ting, your so pale" kuya Mateo said while holding his keys.
"I- im on my period, that's why I'm pale kuya. By the way where's mom and dad?" I asked him.
It's not true that I have period.
"Nandoon sa patio nag kakape" kuya Mateo said and bid his good bye to me.
"Okay, take care kuya" I said and kiss his cheeks.
He already left, and I immediately go to the patio and saw my parents talking.
"Hi mom dad!" I faked my happiness to them.
"Oh finally you visited us" mom said and tap the couch to sit with her.
"Sorry parents I'm just busy w-with m-modelin" I lied.
"Oh you have to rest also anak, wag puro work" dad said.
"Yes dad I know" again I lied I overwork myself.
Incoming call... Macy Tail
"Hello Ali, you have photoshoot sa LV ngayon kasi may bagong labas na design and they have to show it" Macy said.
Oh work again I thought it's my relax day!
"Oh okay I'll be there in a minute,just text me the location" I said while standing up from the couch.
Call ended.
"Dad mom, I have to go I have photoshoot with LV eh" I said and kiss their cheeks.
"Okay take care and don't forget to rest ha" mom said and dad nodded.
"Bye parents" then I just said to my driver where the location is.
"Madame we're here" the driver said.
As I look to the window there's so many paparazzi waiting.
Omygosh I have to run as fast as I can.
As I opened the door, they shouted and say " Alejandré!!!!!! 0mygosh she's here!!!" The crowd shouted.
I just waved to them and said hi, but my bodyguards push them.
"Stop that! Don't push her!" I said as the bodyguard pushed the girl.
"Thank you miss Alejandré!" The girl said and hug me.
I Hugged her back and ask her name.
"I'm Louise" she said cheerfully.
"Oh your so pretty, sorry but I have to go. Thank you!" I said and went inside the building.
Many hours have passed and I'm so exhausted.
The photoshoot is done and I'm going back to my house.
As I entered my house, my back immediately hurts so bad.
I can't breathe and after that all I see is black.
