I walk through the doors that lead to hell (school). I go to my locker and grab the books for my first class. Roni was walking with me since we have this class together. I've been here for two years and I haven't heard anything about Rhett which is good. My ceremony was the day after Alpha James asked if I wanted to join and it was all fine and dandy. So now I am officially apart of the Red Blood Pack.
I step foot into Mr. Jenkins class. Roni and I are the first people in here at the moment. We go to sit in the back of the class like we usually do every morning. The bell soon rings and the class starts filing in. Once everyone is seated class begins to start.
I zone out, not paying attention to anything Mr. Jenkins is saying. I draw little stick people on my notebook paper. Somebody knocks on the door and then comes in.
"Well good morning Principal Jax. What can I do for you?" Mr. Jenkins asked while I still drew on my notebook.
"Good morning. I was just wondering if I could have Lydia come with me. Someone is here to get her." The Principal said. I looked up and closed my note book.
"Grab your stuff Lydia. Meet me in my office when you get done." He said before leaving the room. I grabbed my bag and put my books inside of it. I could feel the eyes of the class watching me as I left.
When I stepped out into the hallway it was deserted, except for the pieces of paper laying everywhere. I walked down the long corridor and turned to my left. The office was just down this hall. I walked ever so slowly to the office doors afraid of what might happen once I leave. Nobody was supposed to pick me up early unless I had a doctors appointment or Rhett had found out where I was, and I know that I don't have any appointments for today.
My heart started beating faster once I got closer to the door. I opened it up to be greeted by the Principal and Alpha James. He looked at me with a sad look on his face and I knew what was gonna happen once we got to the pack house.
"There she is." the Principal said when I came in. "She's all yours now. Have a good day." He said.
"You too." Alpha James said as we walked out.
"Is he here." I asked before we got inside his car.
He looked at me and said, 'Yes.' We both got in the car and he started to drive off. I was not ready for any of this. I thought that he would have quit looking for me. It had been two years. I can't believe that he has found me though.
I was so focused on my thought that I didn't even notice that we had arrived to the house. The Alpha looked at me before getting out. He waited for me at the front of the car. I soon got out with my school bag hanging on one shoulder.
We walked inside and I could already smell his musky, cinnamon scent. He was upstairs somewhere.
"Do I have to do this? I asked.
"I'm afraid so." Alpha James said as he lead me upstairs to the meeting room. "He wants to be alone with you right now. But don't worry, cause I will have Scott and Lane guarding the door in case something happens." He said as he hugged me before leaving. I took in a few deep breaths before going inside. I grabbed the knob on the door and walked in to see....
