I woke up the next morning to hear my phone go off. It was a text from Lynn saying that she was going to pick me up around 10:00 a.m. I looked at the time and it said 8:05. I had a little over two hours to get ready so I got up and went to go take a shower.
I got in and let the warm water run over my body. The water was warm and it felt nice. I washed my hair and scrubbed my body with my strawberries and cream body wash.
When I got finished I got out and grabbed a towel to dry off with. I also dried my hair. I grabbed my undergarments and put the on. Then I put on my clothes one by one.
My outfit consisted of a white shirt that said 'ARMY' written across it in black letters, a pair of black skinny jeans that had some rips down the legs, a Nirvana bracelet and my white high top converse.
After I got dressed I plugged in my flat iron so it could get heated up. My hair had finished drying by now. I ran the flat iron over my hair a couple of times and then I was done. I unplugged it and then put it away. I put my makeup on and then went to sit on my bed.
I looked at my phone and the time said 9:20. I was bored and I didn't want to sit around and do nothing until they showed up so I plugged my iPhone into my speakers and started listening to my music. I went back to my bathroom and plugged up the curling iron. I decided to put some light curls in my hair.
It didn't take me long to do that but it did waste a little bit of time. I went to check the time again and it was now 9:50. They would be here soon so I went downstairs to wait on them. I grabbed a water and went outside to wait. I sat on the porch and watched the younger kids play around. The others were training.
BEEP! BEEP!
I looked up and saw the girls coming. So I stood up and met them halfway. I got in and Lynn started to drive off.
"Hey girl!" Lynn said.
"Hey guys." I said with a smile.
"So, how's i-"
"SHHHHHH! MY SONG IS ON THE RADIO!!" Cammy said cutting off Kaylie.
She reached up to the front and turned up the radio. The song Stitches by Shawn Mendes was on and all you could hear was Cammy belting out the lyrics.
I couldn't resist so I started singing along with her. Then we all were.
"NOW THAT IM WITHOUT YOUR KISSES!! I'LL BE NEEDING STITCHES!!" We all yelled!!
The song soon ended and we arrived at the mall. We got out and went inside.
*skipping the shopping*
We finally made it home after 5 hours of shopping. My feet were killing me. When I walked inside the house I went upstairs to my room and set my bags down. I pulled my shoes off flopped on the bed.
I laid down and slept until Rhett got home.
