Sana's POV
Aunty Was dragging me out of the house with her leaving thousands of taunt behind. I, with my height kept looking up at her just to get scared more. Her eyes had fire of anger. I couldn’t believe she got so mad & fought with Everybody for me? Who am I? Not even her real daughter. My traumatised brain subsided It's difficulties. I couldn’t still make any sound but I stopped making her look down at my face.
“Are you okay?"
I stammered some words but nothing was making sense. My disabilities made her cry even MORE. She sat on the roadside bench screaming, “This is all my fault! I shouldn’t have bring you here. I am so so sorry. I couldn’t protect you, my baby. I am a such a bad mother. Maybe that's why God never give me my own daughter. He knew I am useless. I am the worst type of mother. He knew!!! "
I sat down immediately just to place my head on her lap, “Its not your fault Aunty. It's.. It's not. It's me. I..make trouble wherever I go . I.It's not you"
“You are saying all this things because I made you feel like that.. I am so... " she wanted to retorted but a stern voice stopped her.
“Mom?"
She looked up just to find her son coming out of own SUV. And without wasting anymoment she ran to hug him & she did even before Mr.Khan could remove her sunglass.
It suddenly started raining badly making him drag his mother into his car.
Aunty cried, “Sa..sana"
“She'll be coming too " replying he looked at me from head to toe to examine something which made his eyes bloodshot red too.
I cried more squeezing myself more under his vision. Not because that was uncomfortable but because how his face turned horribly hard.
Before I could manage to say anything else he walked to me & forced me inside his SUV without talking any more word.
Aunty hold me tighter with ownself giving me all the warmth I needed to recover.
The car started moving & all I wanted to run far away from that area. Everything was so suffocating for me. My panic attack was threating me to show itself infront of everybody. Why did God make me so weak, I didn’t know.
Before I could yell at my poor self more Aunty coldly looked at her son saying, “Stop the car "
“Mom?"
“Please stop the car!"
“Stop it" he ordered making the car stop immediately.
& soon aunty opened the door of the car & got down making her son & the guards follow with umbrella.
“Mom, where are you going in such heavy rain!? I don't want you sick. So, get in the car right now. Whatever you want, you will get but get in the car now!" he almost ordered his mother as aunty was looking at something like a lost kid.
“Take us to the mosque " she coldly replied showing one fine mosque there.
“Mom?" her son was about to say a no but she wrapped her hands around his waist tightly mumbling, “Please"
Sighing he hummed making aunty reach inside to get me & I had already assumed what she wanted. Only Namaz could heal us. Prayers is the only meditation that lightens our heart. We both needed it so very much. We needed to vent out our pains to our God.
As It was the time of Fazr too (a prayering time of muslims around 5 AM) we didn’t waste a single time & walked inside.
