Theodora Maddox is ignoring her pain, what happens when she learns she has to deal with it or hurt someone she cares about? She's hoping this year will be nothing like last, she can't deal with that kind of heartbreak again.
"Where did you disappear to last night?" Draco says walking over the the treadmill after stretching.
"Mattheo threw me over his shoulder and took me up to the astronomy tower" I smiled.
"So is that, the new thing?" He says and I look at him confused.
"You know how we are Draco, we've had the exact same routine for 2 years" I roll my eyes, "We flirt, we kiss, we date other people, we break up with other people, we sleep together" I look down and adjust the speed on the treadmill.
"Besides I don't think he sees me like that" I say still fiddling with the speed, I remember what he said last night but he was just drunk and high.
He looks over at me and rolls his eyes, "What's going on with you and Pans?"
He smiles to himself "I'm thinking of asking her on a date".
"Fucking finally" I laugh, "Enzo owes me 50 galleons".
"You bet on me?" Draco says sarcastically shocked and I laugh.

A week has gone by and I haven't seen Mattheo at all, he hasn't even thanked me for the cookies, replied to my texts, I haven't seen him in classes.
It's now Saturday and I'm waiting in the common room for Draco, Blaise and Pansy to go to Hogsmead. I'm laid across the couch reading my book, dressed and ready.

"Thea you ready?" Blaise says looking over at me.
I hop up and grab my jacket and bag, "I've been ready for like 30 minutes" I say raising an eyebrow at them as we walk.
"Blame Draco, he is the one who took an hour in the shower" Blaise says rolling his eyes.
"I forget there's three of you in one dorm" I giggle, "Not all of us have dads that can pull strings T" Pansy laughs.
After dragging the boys around shopping, we ended up in the three broomsticks.
"Have you guys spoken to Mattheo much this week" I say looking up from my butter beer.
"Yeah, the same as usual" Blaise shrugs, "Why what's up" Draco says raising an eyebrow.
"I just haven't seen much of him that's all" I say.
Pansy starts laughing "If there's one thing you've seen a lot of, it's Mattheo", I playfully roll my eyes and give her a little nudge.
Mattheo walks in the door and spots us, I give him a soft smile and he leaves as quickly as he comes in. "Oh fuck that" I say as I get up and follow him.
"What the hell Mattheo?" I shout and he stops walking and turns around.
"What Thea?" He says as I walk up to him, "You're avoiding me" I say as I poke him in the chest.
