"I'm freaking out here" I say pacing my dorm, as Mattheo lays on my bed and Pansy and Draco are over on the couch.

"Look T, they've spoken to practically everyone at the party" Pansy holds my shoulders, "Everyone saw her pull a knife on you".

"Breathe Thea" Mattheo says from the bed, "Your dad is not going to let you get expelled".

I take a deep breath.

"We all know Nonna would rather die than see you get hurt, she's going to be out for blood" Draco laughs.

"Your Nonna is here?" Mattheo asks and I nod my head, "I thought she had retired?"

"Technically she did, but they haven't filled her position and you need an even number at the board to vote" I respond and start to pace again.

Kirkby flies in through my window with a note.

Dear Ms Maddox,
Please come to the Decision
Chambers, as soon as possible.
Thank you,
The Hogwarts Board

Mattheo stands behind me as I read the letter. He plants a kiss on my head and I take a deep breath.

"I'll come with you, I won't leave your side" Mattheo says picking up my jacket, "It's cold on that side of the castle".

We begin to make our way over, Mattheo is holding my hand the entire time which is helping me massively.

"Thea you'll be okay I promise" Nonna says cupping my face.

"Thank you Nonna" I smile softly, "This is Mattheo".

She brings him into a hug "I've heard great things Mattheo", she pulls away and looks into his eyes "You don't need to be scared of Lennox or Papa Maddox, I'm the one to be scared of".

"I've heard" Mattheo says rather nervously.

She brings us into the room and then makes her way to her seat. I sit before the board and Mattheo stands at the back of the room. Astoria is sat in a chair to my left with about 6ft between us.

"Ms Maddox, Ms Greengrass, thank you for joining us" Dumbledore says, "While Sir Maddox is head of the board, he has decided that his personal involvement in this case means he will take a step back and assume the position of a general board member".

I look over to my dad who clearly wasn't happy to do that, he would never take advantage of his position and doesn't like the insinuation. He's never once told the teachers at hogwarts to treat me differently, they just did.

"Ms Maddox, we have investigated the situation to it's entirety" Dumbledore continues, "We have decided to give you after school detention for the days following until Christmas break".

I'm rather relieved it's only a detention, I guess compared to what Astoria did I look like an angel. Even though her face is barely recognisable.

"Ms Greengrass, due to your knife attack on Ms Maddox, you spelling Mr Riddle, and various testimonies over your dangerous behaviour towards Ms Maddox and Mr Riddle, you are hereby expelled from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry".

The look of shock on her face is the perfect revenge, it helps her face is also completely busted up.

"What happened!?" Pansy stands up and asks as soon as Mattheo and I walk into the common room.

"Astoria has been expelled" I say, "And I now have detention everyday after school until Christmas break".

Pansy runs over and hugs me.

"You think you can get rid of me that easily" I laugh.

"I was just worried I was going to be stuck with the boys on my own" She giggles.
