First/Last Day

"Ms. Rose, Stefan Sir is calling you to his cabin."
A co-worker Andreas informed Selen who was still standing in shock.

She looked at him, nodded. She released a big sigh knowing what was coming for her. She knew her boss might got to know everything by now.

She wanted to run away from this, but she decided to face it. She wanted to explain everything, it was her right to do so. She went to the Stefan's cabin, knocking twice, waited for the response to come.

"Come in Ms. Rose, have a seat."
Selen sat on the black long stool chair just in front of her new boss, whose eyes were on her all the time and her eyes were on the table keeping between them. She was biting her lips in nervousness.

"Be at Ms. Rose, I'm not going to scold you. Yet. I called you here to talk about something but first congratulations that you passed the interview."
Stefan said with a little smile and in a soft tone to make Selen comfortable with him. She looked at him and this was the first time she noticed how much handsome he was.

"Thank you so much Sir. I will do my best and I will never disappoint you with my work."
She said hopefully, wanted to hear words like 'of course' or 'don't worry, you are not fired'.

"Well, about that! I am not sure what to say. Maybe you have to work harder today because what you've done at the pantry could not be forgiven. But you can make it up for that."
Selen became more confused because these were not the words she wanted to hear. Neither they heard like any warning to get fired.

"I-I-I'm sorry whatever happened there, all those things were unintentional and I also didn't knew who was he. Tell me Sir, how can I make it up for this? I will do everything."
She said all of these things being overconfident in nervousness. Stefan just chuckled knowing what she had done to herself. She was going in Lion's den herself.

"Okey, if you're so sure about it then listen. First, take this packet carefully and deliver it to the 12th floor at CEO's office. You ruined his shirt, this is a new shirt for him and apologise to him . Second, as you're new, for today, coordinate with Jessi outside, she will explain everything to you in detail."
Stefan completed, informing her everything. Selen just sat there quite, listening to him and waited him to complete his words.

"I will do everything Sir, but I already apologised to him although, he was the one who scared me."
Selen just spitted her anger. She wanted to show that she was not wrong.

"Are you for real Ms. Selen! Do you know what you did? No one ever dared to talk back to Jayden, except for his closed ones, but you literally yelled at him on your first day, ruined his million worth shirt and too in front of everyone and wow you also asked him to apologise to you."
Stefan was shocked to see Selen's confidence. He was impressed with her but he wanted to warn her. He took a deep breath before continuing.

"Look Selen! as your mentor, I'm suggesting you to do as I say. I want you to apologise to him, not just because you ruined his piece of cloth but you burned his chest, I must say coffee was hot. Now go, do as I just said and yeah! don't mention it to him about his burned chest. Act to be a good emplyee, and don't worry, I already talked to him, he won't fire you. Also Rich will handle everything. You can go now! Thank you."
Stefan completed his sentences with a smile, in a very soft tone but in very attentive manner so that he would be able to make Selen understand everything.

Selen was in anger, she didn't wanted to apologise, but when she heard that she unintentionally burned his chest, she felt guilty. She also knew, how powerful Jayden is as everyone mentioned it hundreds of times, she didn't wanted to put her career at risk. So, she decided to to go with Stefan's words.
