Lynn, Massachusetts, is popular for many reasons, including its historical monuments, lakes, and one of the highest snowfalls in America.

Selen reached Lynn with her family to stay with her aunt Lyla and uncle Jordan. She and her family were excited to spend their vacation, but could Selen enjoy it when she knew her boss loaded her with work even when she was on vacation?

"Hello, Uncle Jordan! How are you?"
She hugged her uncle who was waiting for them at the house's main door.

"I am fine and I missed you so much."
He hugged her back and gave a little pat on her shoulder. She smiled and entered where her uncle remained at the door to help in bags.

"Aunt Lyla, How are you? Oh, I missed you  so much."
Selen sat beside her aunt and side hugged her and her aunt just smiled.

"I'm but I will be great now that you're here."
She cupped her cheeks and looked at her with moist eyes filled with love.

"And I made a list of things we're gonna do together."
She excitedly showed the list on her phone she made to enjoy her vacation.

"And why this list is for two days?"
Lyla questioned her and she formed a pout.

"It's because my company has a lot to cover but I wanted to meet you. So, I just talked to my boss and came here."
She was upset telling her aunt but her face lit up when she realized that she had two days to stay with her aunt Lyla.

They were busy talking and Selen was showing pictures of her workplace, her friends, her latest hiking, and her colleagues she stopped when a picture of Stefan popped up on her screen and she became quiet, her face smile dropped, and she was about to swipe left another picture but Lyla noticed it and she took her phone and put it on the table.

"How about we go out for the family lunch, would that be a good start for your two-day vacation?"
Lyla spoke showing her a smile and Selen also nodded her head in excitement.

"You can take a rest and I will prepare for the picnic with your uncle."
She said and handed over Selen her phone and she silently took it knowing what she wanted to do now.

Selen took the phone and went to the backside of the house where it was quiet and she dialed a number, the bell rang and she waited for the other person to receive the call from the other side.

"Hello Jess, Hi! Where is Stefan?"
She spoke as soon as Jessica received a call. She was not a person she was calling all this time but after trying many times she called Jessica and she received a few rings.

"Selen Rose! You went to Massachusetts and you didn't tell anyone, not even me I got to know about this from Rich. Girl! You didn't even inform this to Stefan, you know how worried he was for you."
She blurted everything that came into her mind, she didn't tell where Stefan was but she blurted out how he was.

"I'm sorry Jess, I wanted to tell him I've been trying calling him for an hour but he's not responding."
She questioned without any prior delay because she was feeling guilty who coming out without informing her mentor aka boss.

"He's in the meeting with Mr. Smith and Mr. Smith already informed Stefan about you, going to your hometown. Try calling him after half an hour."
Jessica calmed down a bit and talked to her with a frown on her face as she was busy working.
She hung up the call after a few exchanges of conversation.

Selen hung up the call and texted Stefan to talk to her whenever he had time. Then she went to her family, who were planning a picnic.
