Chapter 30

What could he have to say to me? I'm not going to lie just by him kissing my forehead he broke down a wall I had put up. I missed his touch so much it hurt, hopefully we can fix this mess and heal our breaking relationship.
It was hard focusing the rest of the school day knowing for once when I got home I would not be alone for the night. When we saw each other in the hallway throughout the rest of the day he would smile at me and I could tell it reached his eyes.
As the bell rang for us to leave the campus I eagerly went to my locker to grab my homework for the night.
"Hello beautiful" I looked up and blushed at Will. He took my backpack and we walked towards our cars.
"So I guess I will meet you at your house?" I nodded and kissed his cheek before getting in my car. When I arrived home my parents were no where to be found. After about twenty minutes Will arrived with fries and a chocolate shake for me. I thanked him and we moved into the family room where I immediately began eating and drinking my shake. He always did know what I like. And let's face it sometimes the way to a girls heart is through her stomach!
"So shall we get to talking?" I asked as I dunked a fry in my shake.
"First off I wanted to say I love you too... With that being said I want to apologize for freaking out. I shouldn't have and I know that now. I was just in a stage of complete shock." I nodded and acted calm though on the inside it felt like I was going to explode with happiness.
"Continue..." I moved my hand in a I'm listening motion as I continued to cram fries in my mouth.
"Well I couldn't understand how you loved me after everything we had been through; so I guess I just avoided you for that reason because I was trying to understand. And I know I should have asked you to explain and again I am sorry for that! Will you please forgive me?" He looked like he meant every word and he did bring me fries and a shake. I still love him and nothing can change that but the true question is, can I forgive him...
