This is going to be a mix up of different celebrity one shots.
I can't really give a break down on who will be used but it will be some of my favorite men.

"So, what exactly are we doing in the city?" Felicity asked her best friend Kelsey as they walked arms linked through New York City.
"Well, it your birthday and we are in the best city in the world for your birthday." Kelsey said.
"I mean best city may be a far stretch but you have tried everything to make this night fun so I will go along with whatever you have planned." Felicity said and Kelsey smiled at her.
"Well, I do have a couple ideas, but main idea belongs to these." Kelsey said and pulled something from her small purse she had. Handing them over to Felicity who read them. She stopped walking, yanking Kelsey to a stop and causing people who were bustling around New York to grumble and cuss her out as they passed, lovely New Yorkers.
"You didn't..."
"I don't know, what didn't I do?!" Kelsey asked with a sly grin.
"These tickets are not easy to come by! How did you do this?!" Felicity asked and Kelsey just shrugged.
"I know a guy who knows a guy. Don't ask questions." Kelsey said.
"Did you do something illegal?!" Felicity asked a little too loud for Kelsey's liking.
"What kind of person do you take me for?!" Kelsey asked and Felicity just slightly shook her head. "I had more to this surprise but now I guess you don't get it..."
"No come on...I promise I'll be good and not accuse you of being a criminal." Felicity said and Kelsey smiled but shook her head.
"It comes later..." Kelsey said and started walking again pulling her friend along with her to the dinner theater.
As they arrived, they looked at the marquis:

Felicity squealed. It was all becoming real to her now. Kelsey just smiled and slightly shook her head.
"Let's get inside, we don't want to miss anything." Kelsey said as they showed their tickets and walked inside. They had seats front and center at a small round table.
"Seriously...how did you get these?!" Felicity asked. Kelsey ignored her as the cocktail waitress came over and they ordered some drinks.
"Can you just take the gift and stop asking questions?" Kelsey asked. Felicity sighed but nodded.
"In case I forget to tell you, thank you and I had an awesome night." Felicity said and Kelsey smiled.
"Just remember this when my birthday rolls around..." Kelsey said. Both girls laughed.
The girls sat and just waiting in anticipation for the man to come on stage. Felicity was practically bouncing with excitement, but Kelsey couldn't lie to herself if she said she also wasn't excited to see this man.
