"Lucy...?"
Without a moments hesitation, we both run up and embrace each other, while crying softly.
He put his hand on the back of my head and his other one is around my waist, holding me gently as I cry.
"I though you were dead! I thought I'd never see you again!" I cry.
"I know, I know sweetheart. I thought I wasn't gonna make it either but from what I've been told, the cops found me with a slow heartbeat. They said it was a possibility I'll live. Looks like they were true, huh?" He chuckles lightly.
"You really have to stop joking in serious situations" I laugh softly.
"But it makes you laugh huh? Anything to put a smile on that pretty face of yours is worth it"
He says.
"Tony and the other are going to freak out when they see you!"
"Shhh don't talk about them right now... this is just us."
We pull apart from each other and look into each other's eyes....
Not a second was wasted when he finally puts his lips on mine in a very happy kiss.
No cops..
No thoughts of death....
No one around..
Just us.
And that's how we want it to be...
