Chapter - 16

When they were about to leave, Dragon covered his face with a mask and gave her a bottle of perfume to spray on her, as royal people have different smells from other people, so they need to cover it from others. On the Drake planet, they don't have cars, instead, they use carts pulled by mechanical robots, and royal ones are covered but as they need to be in disguise they choose a normal one and leave for the city. 

When they entered the city, she was amazed by the development and technology they use, there were flying carts in the shape of a dragon, and buildings are in different shapes like circles or pyramids instead of normal ones, she saw most of the people were carrying some sort of device with them which is like a paper. She asked him about this, and he told that Drake planet is a 'literacy planet' and most people are engaged in the literacy world through this device. She looked at him and said that he must be good at literature, but as expected he replied that he is not good at anything. Furthermore, she thought that the elder brothers are narcissists and the younger one is not even a little fond of himself. 

He took her to the various famous spots and at last, they both sat on a beach enjoying a sea view. She took the chance and asked him if he missed his brothers but got no reply from him. She told him that on earth people choose to study something which interests them or through which they can earn or sometimes under pressure from their families, but nobody wants to waste their time learning something which is not of their interest.

"What do you want to say?", asked Dragon. 

"You might not know, but Dark did his research in law and defence. As far as I know, he doesn't need to do it, but maybe he did it because of someone closer to him whom he wants to protect at any cost", replied Flora.

"But...", Dragon was about to say something but was interrupted by a woman who came to him for help as his son was drowning in water. Before Flora helps her, Dragon immediately gets up and jumps into the water to get the child. He brings him out and uses his powers to make the child stable. Flora asked him if he was okay and the child, he nodded and asked the lady to take care of the child. 

"Wow... that was cool. Who says you are not capable, you just save a life, you are indeed a King!", compliments Flora and uses her powers to dry his clothes. Dragon didn't believe that he did something right without making a mess, but was still doubtful about his abilities. He took her to a restaurant which looked ordinary and ordered the chef that he would take the same. 

"Are you regular here?", asked Flora

"Not regular, just whenever I want to eat something good", told Dragon. 

Their order came and when Flora ate it she was amazed by its taste, it was such an out-of-world taste. He saw her happy while eating and smiled as it was the first time he brought someone with him. When they finished the food, he asked her if she looks happy while eating, and she replied that there is nothing a good meal can't heal. 

They come back to the palace and before going to her room she asks him if he is going to help her or she needs to think of another wish. He told her to rest and left. She smiled as it was not an easy job. 

In the Bright Planet, Leo was thinking about what she was doing or if she needed his help or if she got an allergic reaction, and many other things revolved around his head as he was missing her. Flora was also thinking about him as if he was serious about the confession or it was just an attraction towards her. Deep inside she also likes him which she is trying to ignore, but somehow these feelings are hard to ignore. Same with Dark, as he was eager to confess his feelings to Flora but somehow kept thinking about Lucy, he was confused. 

Next day. When Flora came out of her room, she saw him discussing some work with Mr. Rui and she went there. Mr. Rui greets her, she asks if she is not disturbing them, to which Dragon told her she came at the right time. He told her that he will decided what to teach her, and she was surprised as it was something unexpected. 

"But you need to help me with something", said Dragon 

"No problem. What do I have to do?", replied Flora 

"You have to attend a royal party at my place" 

"What party? And why don't you attend it yourself?" 

"I am also attending it, but in disguise, as I need to check something about the royal kitchen as I suspect that there is something wrong with the food served" 

"Don't tell me you are going to spy?" 

"Correct word should be interrogated, and I feel comfortable being in disguise" 

"So, are you confident you will do it right?" 

Now, Dragon thought for a moment and told her that he will try his best as he also wants to prove to his brothers that he is capable of doing something. She smiles after hearing this as it is the first step to bring his confidence back. She agreed to attend the party, and he told her that they will go separate to avoid suspicion and Mr. Rui will accompany her. 

At night, she gets dressed and comes down. He compliments her, saying she looks beautiful in this dress. He gave her a small chip-sized device to put on her ears and told her that with this he will be connected with her. When her aircraft landed, she got down and people welcomed her with flowers. Through the chip, she can hear him, and he told her to not get nervous as he is nearby. 

In the party hall, many officials were greeting her and taking chances to impress her, but they are unaware that King Leo already impressed her, and they have no chance. Dragon told her to look to her left, he was disguised as a waiter and told her to not worry and only drink or eat things which he served to her. Some aged royal officials come towards her and greet her. 

"King Dragon sent you instead of coming himself, he is still thinking for his brothers to protect him", said one official while mocking him. 

"If he was half as good as his brothers, then Drake Galaxy would be developed. How did people choose him to be king?", said another. 

Now Flora was getting irritated with them and was about to yell, but Dragon came to serve them drinks and signed her to stay calm. But she is not someone to remain silent after this, and she politely asked them "If you don't mind can I ask what you do?" 

"Your Highness, We are the royal literature officials of Drake planet and own most of the literacy groups of Drake planet", replied the official with a proud smile which made her more irritated. 

"Oh, that means you are the most knowledgeable person", asked Flora. 

"Well you can say that", he replied.

"Then why do people not choose you to be the king?" asked Flora. 

"Sorry, what?" They get shocked after her question but can't answer her back as she is the Highness. 

"Maybe too much knowledge makes your ears deaf", Flora riposted. She further told them to mind their own business instead of gossiping around, as not only his brothers can protect him. She picks up the glass and purposely spilled it on him and claimed that maybe their knowledge is affecting her abilities. They were shocked as her words were like a slap to them and Dragon was smiling seeing her protecting him. He praised her that it was the first time someone mocked them, and she replied in a savage manner that maybe it should be done earlier. 

She asked him if his work was done or not, and he told her to wait a little more. He asked her to divert everyone's attention, and he went to the kitchen and checked some samples. She gets on the stage to draw everyone's attention and introduces herself to everyone. He collects the sample and comes out to sign her that they can leave but notice that the decoration is about to fall on her. She also noticed that but instead of saving herself she was just standing there, he ran towards her and pulled her aside before it could fall and saved her. His mask fell while saving her, making everyone shocked, and they bowed to him. He asked her if she was alright, and she nodded. He orders Mr. Rui to take over the matter, and he leaves with her. 

In the aircraft, he scolded her for what she was thinking at that time instead of getting aside. She told him that things like this are not common with her, and she is not fast in taking action. He told her that he will teach her to take action on time, so be prepared tomorrow morning. She feels that maybe he is now giving a chance to himself.
