The plan seems simple enough, even though jennie had thought. She watches way too many rom-com flicks and combined with her obsession with criminal investigation shows, it wasn't all that hard to put together a plan that would force Jisoo and Chaeyoung to talk to one another. What she hadn't planned was to stuck in a car with no other than Lalisa manoban and she feels like she's slowly but surely losing her mind.
Lisa and jennie had made reservation at a restaurant under both of their names and they talked individually with their friends, convincing them to have dinner, with chaeyoung thinking that it's going to be her and Jennie, while Jisoo thinks it's going to be with Lisa. They already come up with their excuses as to why they have to meet in a restaurant rather than their apartment.
They figured out that because they had booked a reservation at a high- end restaurant, their friends would be less likely to walk out when they would know who they are really having dinner with. They are hoping that Jisoo and Chaeyoung would take this opportunity to finally settle things between them.
Meanwhile, lisa and jennie are essentially stalking them out in Lisa's car, which is strategically parked across the street with a view on the window side seat of the reservation. They have seen Chaeyoung come in and take a seat at their table few minutes ago and of course Jisoo was running a little late.
But that's not exactly what's bothering Jennie, it's the fact that she's stuck in a car with Lisa and she doesn't know how long she'll last before she walks out and heads home. The girl isn't even really doing anything wrong, but it's somehow driving jennie crazy, which only serves to annoy the girl even more.
She doesn't understand what's going on, but Lisa is in too close of a proximity to her and she smells really nice and she looks extremely attractive (Too much if you ask Jennie) under the poor lighting that's shinning through the windshield from the defective lamppost in the front of them and jennie is just annoyed.
She let's out a sigh and she must be doing it all night because now it's Lisa's turn to get annoyed.
"Okay, what's your deal, Kim? Because if you sigh one more time, I swear to God, women."
Jennie looks at her with a glare and crosses her arms as sort of defence. She doesn't want the girl to now why she's so irritated so she tries to shift the focus on something else. "Your friend is late." She says curtly.
"She was working on a late case, she'll be here soon. Don't get your panties twist." the raven-haired girl huffs.
"You don't get your panties twist!" She retorts back and Lisa let's out a wondrous laugh that the completely takes the brunette off guard. It's raspy and sends a tingling feeling throughout her chest and jennie really doesn't like it.
"What are you five?" the girl continues to chuckle.
"Whatever." Jennie mutters. "You know Chaeyoung is is a lawyer too right? And she still manages to be her on time." She sashes.
"You know chaeyoung is a lawyer too, right?" Lisa mocks the girl while makes exaggerated faces.
"Okay, so now who is five?" Jennie chuckles.
"Still you." Lisa says while she sticks her tounge out at the girl. Jennie was about you say something back when attention is caught by Jisoo, who they see rushing through the restaurant doors.
Lisa and Jennie leans forward to get a better look and hold their breath simultaneously as they watch jisoo get to their table and as soon as they saw each other their face resembles surprise along with confusion mixed with understanding that they had been setup. Jisoo is still standing by the table while chaeyoung looks at her silently.
