The Flute

The relinquishing memory of wonderful quotes,

The nature seems to sing along,

When You play that heavenly song!

A crying child stops by to hear,

Your tunes dissolve his fear,

The soft melody of a thousand notes,

He stands aloft, so calm, in such a peace,

He bows to Thee, over his knees!

The trees wave,

The birds crave,

Only and only for your tone,

Which doesn’t make them feel alone!

Why did you cease?

Why did your volume decrease?

Let the Maidens dance,

At Them, just have a glance!

The passionate sounds seem to flow,

Amidst the background of a starry night’s glow,

Look! The world’s in a rhythmic steer,

Escorted by the gardens, butterflies, flowers and deer!

The magic has been introduced by Your Flute,

Please don’t let it go mute,

Play it all, if you may,

Don’t let the world glare in dismay!
