I WILL

ADI'S POV

Dadu handed her hand in mines and said, "Marry her Adi. This is my last wish before dy-"

"Dadaji!", "Dadu!" she and I said together, stopping him to complete the word.

*FLASHBACK*

I reached the city hospital and as quick as possible reached to my Dadu 's room.

I found Dadi standing outside the room with a worried expression and when she saw me, she quickly rushed to my side and said, "Adi, your dada-"

I took her in my warm embrace and whispered, "Dadi, nothing will happen to Dadu, I am here now, everything will be fine!"

When she stabilised a bit, I made her sit on the bench outside the room and Harshit came to me.

"He had a panic attack." He stated and I looked at him in shock.

'How did he has a panic attack!?' thought I.

"How?" I asked.

"I don't know. I came home when Dadi called and immediately brought them here. Dada will be fine na?" he asked worried.

"He will be fine, Harshit. He has to be fine, for us!" I assured him when inside I myself was burning.

Since as long as I remember, I only had Dadu and Dadi on my side as my family.

Later, we found Harshit a space in a little family of ours.

Dadu was my inspiration. He taught me to live. I cannot let anything happen to him.

Doctor came out of the room and we rushed to him.

"What happened to my Dadu, doctor?" I asked.

He sighed and said, "Seems like he has been taking a lot of stress lately. Looks like today something triggered and he was on the highest stage of terror so he had a panic attack."

We looked at him in surprise. We didn't know he was stressed.

He was always smiling and laughing with us.

The doctor continued, "I request you to not let him take any more pressure; I doubt he would be able to survive any more panic att-"

He couldn't say anything further as having my hand on his neck couldn't make his eyes more enlarged.

"SPEAK WITH RESPECT! YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT MY DADAJI HERE!" I thundered at him who was now having a hard time to breathe.

I left him when I felt my Dadi's and Harshit's hand on my shoulders.

"YOU BETTER WATCH YOUR MOUTH IF YOU WANT TO LIVE." I told him highly enraged while pointing a finger at him.

"Calm down, Sam!" I heard Harshit say.

My Dadi was so heartbroken to even say anything.
