Chapter 16

Well, it had been a few hours since Blue had been in this cage.. or was it more? He wasn't sure, this place was too dark to understand the concept of time. And he was pretty sure he might've passed out at some point as well.

..At least he still had his fries? Well, that was good, at least he wasn't gonna starve to death here. For now.

Blue then looked at his soul, it was still the color blue, he couldn't stand up thanks to that, making it hard to get out, and there was also the chains tying him up. What was he even gonna do here? Perhaps he could try to break the cage with some bone attacks?. No, the cage was made out of metal, it would take ages to do so.

Oh how much he wished he could teleport like the other sans' right now.

He then started to smell something, it smelled like flowers. And Blue was pretty sure that his other self didn't decorate his prison with flowers. He then heard a noise, as if someone just fell on to the floor.

"..Hello? Anyone?" Blue said, his voice was low but just loud enough for someone to hear if someone was nearby.

He waited for a response, but.. there wasn't any. Blue started to look around, again there was nothing.. though, honestly, since it was so dark, there might be someone there but Blue haven't noticed it.

Blue then sighed, was he going crazy or something? Though he was pretty sure you couldn't hallucinate smells, but perhaps this universe had altered that as well?

But his train of thoughts were intrupted by a voice.

"YO Heyo cornflower boy, what cha doing?!"

"..Lavender?-" Well.. that was the last person Blue was expecting to see- Well he couldn't see him right now, so well, Lavender was the last person he was expecting to hear.

This version of Lavender was.. weird. He was like Fresh, but flower themed. He was glad he couldn't see Lavender right now, because his pupils would die if he saw Lavender's clothes, it was.. as if a rainbow puked on him.

"Radical! You gotta be a genius for figuring that one out!"

And.. he was making fun of him. Great.

"..Can you, get me out of here Fr- I mean Lavender."

Blue had nearly said Fresh instead of Lavender. But, could you blame him? He was thrown into a random multiverse, so it was the norm if he mixed up some names.

Lavender thought for a while, or at least Blue thought because there was no noise coming out, he just hoped Lavender haven't just left him alone here.

But fortunately, Lavender spoke a few seconds later.

And his answer was...

"Nahhh."

..That wasn't relieving.

"Wha- Why- Why are you even here then?!-"

"For the funsies cornflower boy! I am the comedic timing itself mah boy! The brahs love watching this!"

What was he even talking about.. who was watching?. And what did he even mean by the comedic timing- This didn't make any sense.

"I- okay?.. Can you get someone to help me then?."

"Nope!"

Okay he really was pushing Blue's buttons..

"Oh dear Toriel, I swear to flowering-"

Before he could finish his sentece, Lavender got in the middle of it. He even turned the swear word into.. flowering? Well, that was in his theme at least.

"EY No bad words cornflower boy! Though you knew better than that!"

"..Can we please focus on getting me out please?"

"Nope, though! I will instead get outta here instead, bye bye conrflower boy!"

"LAVEND-" ..And just as that, the flower smell came back, and there was also a bit smoke. Lavender had done that before as well, when Blue had met him for the first time.. how long was that again?.

Ugh, Blue was tired.. perhaps, he could take a nap? The iron floor of the cage started to feel comfortable all of a sudden.

So he did just that.

Outer had teleported into another au, it hasn't been long ago that he had learnt from Core that the star sans' and the bad guys had fell into a sort of portal. And, they weren't in any aus that he knew.

Now, Core had seen it happen, but.. they weren't really helpful on to get them back as well.

Now, he wasn't looking forwards to seeing the bad guys, but he did owe some favors to star sans' and.. it'd be just wrong if he left the bad guys alone. From what Core said, a portal appeared under them, and they were surprised?.

That really wasn't confirming much, as they could be anywhere.

So instead, he was going to someone who could know about it instead. Sci, or well Science Sans.

Sci was good with these stuff, and, he was also the only one willing to help anyone in need. So Outer teleported infront of his doorstep. It might be lazy but he wasn't gonna walk all that way from the Omega timeline to Sci's au door and yade yada.

Outer knocked on the door.

..There was no answer.

Perhaps he hasn't heard it?

Outer knocked on the door once again, to no reply.

Outer soon understood knocking on the door wasn't doing anything. So he instead teleported into to the house. It was dark inside, the lights weren't on, and he couldn't find the light switch..

"Sci you there? I need help with something important."

As expected, there was no answer once again. So Outer decided to continue walking, sure this might count as breaking into Sci's house, but it was important.

Sci's house looked like Outer's Alphys' lab. Expect it was less spacey, but his au was always spacey and starry, so it was normal for others aus to not have them.

As he walked, Outer started to hear a voice, Sci's voice coming towards one of the rooms, there was also some light coming from that room, it was a faint blue light. Sci was probably working a project in there.

He walked into to room, and as he did just that, he bumped into to the table. Then he heard a loud crack noise which startled him.

Outer looked to the floor to see a broken pot and dirt on the ground. There was also an echo flower on the ground, which seemed to be the light coming from the room.

He then heard the voice again to see that.. it was also coming from the flower. Oh. Right..

Echo flowers listened and then repeated the last thing that was said to them. Well he really created a mess didn't he.. that was bad. Sci was gonna have to clean up his house when he comes back..

"Outer. What are you doing at my house at four in the morning."
