Napanganga ako sa sinabi niya I couldn't think why he's saying something like this, sleep with him, what does he mean by that
"Wha-what do you mean by that? What's the purpose of this?" I was a little confused why is he asking such request
"Don't worry, it's not what you think it is, if you're worried about that..."
"Then what? Are you saying it's not for personal purpose" I was little pissed now
"Yeah It's for work and professional purpose, I want you to be my assistant" binigyan niya ako ng isang brown envelope na makapal at lumabas doon ang makapal na tunilada ng papeles... document?
"You'll be assisting in dealing with the victims, don't worry just for a week habang wala pang nahahanap na gustong magtrabaho..."
"It's also for personal purpose" bulong pa nito, he mumble everytime we talk but It's always still as a whisper
"What?" I ask cause I didn't understand him
I'm a little hurt kasi trabaho lang pala and just like my family, he just want me for convenient and need, he need me because he want something from me and not because he want me and that's okay atleast hindi niya ako trinatratong parang laruan, Laruan na binili dahil maganda ito at masayang paglaruan at pagkatapos makamtan ang sayang dulot nito itatapon pag nagsawa at pagpinulot ng iba hahanapin kasi kailangan ulit,
I smile bitterly and nod, ayos lang kasi mahal ko siya, he's mere presence is enough
"Tara na ihahatid na kita" tumayo ako daling sa sofang inuupuan ko, nasa living room niya na kami nagbihis na rin ito kaya kahit anong oras puwede na akong umalis
"Hmm" I nod then follow him palabas
Nasa byahe kami ng biglang tumunog ang kaniya cellphone
"Hello?"
..."Eze the kid is safe now but...
"But what?"
..."Ayaw magpadala ng batang babae sa amin, were about to send them to DSWDs para maalagaan sila but the kid is so persistent, we keep asking her but I think she's afraid of us"
"Did you already call the HRMDs"
..."I did papunta na sila"
Naririnig ko ang kanilang pag uusap dahil naka connect ang cellphone niya sa kaniyang kotse
Liningon niya ako, I smile with a hint of questioning
"Do you mind if-"
Alam ko na ang sasabihin niya kaya pinigilan ko na itong magpatuloy
"Yeah, you can just drop me off the waiting shed around here, don't worry sasakay nalang ako ng bus"
"Can you let me finish first" Madiin nitong sinabi at parang galit
"Do you want to come with me?" Tanong nito
"Huh?" Gulat na tanong ko
"Do you have class today or plans today?" Tanong nito sa akin, the call is still on call pero na ka mute ito
"Wa-wala naman, may klase ako pero mamayang ala una pa"
"Then your free right? In that case do you want to come with me?" Unlike kanina mahinahon at parang nagmamakaawa ito sa akin sa lamlam ng kaniyang boses
