A few days later, at night in the eastern area of Shinto Teito, a car can be seen driving down a street and parked by a nearby sidewalk. As the car came to a halt, the backseat doors opened and two Sekireis stepped out of the vehicle.
One is a young woman of slender build, she has short blonde hair, with several strands reaching her chin, and a large strand sticking up from the top of her head, bending towards the back of her head, and light-coloured eyes. She wore an alternatively dark and light-coloured top that exposed her stomach, dark leather shorts held up by a belt, a white and black choker, and dark stockings. Sekirei #31, Sai.

The other was a young woman of slender build, she has black hair which she wears in twin tails that reach to her breasts, with each tail being secured by a light coloured band, and multiple strands messily extending outwards, as well as light coloured eyes. She wore a long white kimono-like garment with semi-detached sleeves and tied at her midsection by a white bow, a red skirt similar to a hakama, white stockings, and black boots. Sekirei #40, Shi.

As they stepped out the driver's window of the car rolled down and a person can be seen on the other side.
He is a tall, relatively slim built black-haired and hazel-eyed man in his mid-late 20s, who wears spectacles, a black suit with a white shirt underneath and a yellow tie. His name is Kakizaki.
Kakizaki: You have been given your orders, girls. There is an unwinged Sekirei in this area. Find it, capture it, and bring it to Higa once your mission is complete.
Sai: Yes, we understand the mission, sir.
Shi: We will not fail you, I promise.
Just then, Kakizaki received a call on his cellphone.
Kakizaki: Hello? Yes. I see...understood sir..
He hung up his phone before looking back at the two Sekireis.
Shi: I-Is there a problem, sir?
