people that have 'villain' quirks, are looked down upon and aren't allowed to use their quirks and soon are banished from the kingdom, but the king of monarch and leader of the banished are taken the the two sides have to work together

A few years ago, a kingdom named monarch had one day experience a burst of magic

It was amazing, it was wonderful. There had alwaus been magic users but, at this point in time, all of monarch was just magical beings, who lived peacefully
Though as time went on the people had realized something about the magic or what they like to now call quirks. They were helpful to the kingdom... But others weren't

Some quriks didn't help, they were destructive, unhelpful... Villainous...evil
Soon this had scared the people and started to divide them, parents wouldn't let there childen near the dangerous ones and adults wouldn't even be anywhere near them, shops would close at the sight of them
The people had gathered together and decided to go to the king and queen about their worries of these villainous people

The rulers understood and agreed, they two had been thinking the same thing
Together the king and queen had banished all evil quriks, bad quirks etc

They had ran into the woods and the towns people were at peace

That is how it has been for years now, the kingdom goes on and since all bad quriks were banished, no new ones were born in the kingdom
The kingdom people have lived in peace and in ease, not thinking about the bad quriks, why would they? They have been without them for so long and no worries since the knights of the Kingdom
