Favors

[I've posted three chapters today, and to be honest I hope none of my followers are annoyed by that. I even feel a bit embarrassed. But like-- I'm having so much fun writing that I don't want to stop. So I guess I'm gonna be writing a ton today].

Sebastian looked at me with wide eyes, after hearing what I was saying.

"Hold up so... wait... what?"

"It was Abigail's fault."

"So... Abigail dared you to do this? Oh my God... I should have known." He sighed.

I cant tell if he's annoyed or pissed off. Maybe a mix of both? All I know is that I'm glad I'm not the subject of his wrath.

He took out his cigarette packet and put out his cigarette, placing it back in the box. He seemed so mad I thought he would break a fuse in his brain or something. But he took a deep breath and calmed his breathing.

"You know what, fine. I'll play into her hands just this once. I'll agree to your favor if you agree to mine."

I gulped, what is he thinking? I asked him to pretend to not know anything about the dare and act aloof, so whats he gonna ask me to do?

"Whats the favor?" I asked shakily.

"Pretend to be my boyfriend for a bit." He said, grinning evilly.

I stood there in utter disbelief. B-B-BOYFRIEND?!

"Theres no way in hell am I doing that! Do you know what people would say?! Do you know how guys would look at me in the locker room?! Id have to glue my eyes to the wall!" I nearly shouted.

He looked at me distantly, "oh, well, I guess you don't want me to do your favor then. I'll let Abigail make up an even worse dare for you."

I felt a pain in my chest, "no, no, no, no. Okay... umm... let me think about it."

He laughed in an unhinged manner, sitting down on the couch.

"Alright, but I need to tell you something." He said, his eyes meeting mine.

"What?"

"I might have lied to Abigail about something, which is what got the ball rolling for her to dare you to do this."

I stayed silent, expecting for him to go on but he just kept staring at me without opening his mouth again.

"What? What lie?" He kept silent, "what are you talking about? Answer me." He did not answer.

"Sebast-"

"I might tell you if you agree to my favor." When he finally answers me he cuts me off, typical.

Is this some kind of manipulation tactic? Threatening to not do my favor and making me interested by saying he lied about something? Because its working, and its working well. I grind my teeth as I look at him, a sly smile on his face.

"Fine, alright I agree to do your stupid favor." I say without thinking.

"Great, come downstairs with me." He says, getting up from the couch.

I turned to see him exiting the room, glancing back at me. "Coming?"

"What about the lie? You told me you'd tell me."

"Oh, did I? Or did I say I might tell you?" He laughed as he left the room, leaving me stunned and quite agitated.

This prick! He completely fooled me and made me look like an idiot. I quickly caught up to him and nearly hit him over the head but refrained.

The rest of the way I told him how he should stop smoking and stop doing that to people but he just rolled his eyes and said I sounded like his mother. I almost shouted that at least im not acting like him, but again, refrained. This kid is making me have some serious self restraint.

To be honest, I don't think I expected him to be this way at all. Like... at all. I thought he was a shy, quiet person who doesn't stand up for himself. But how wrong I was. He quickly shut me up and shut me down.

We were both on the stairs, looking down at the circle of people.

"Im assuming that's them?" I nodded at his question.

Sebastian moved towards the group of people until I stopped him. "Hey! You can't just march on over there."

"Whatever, jock. I have a plan, don't underestimate me." Did... did he just call me a jock? Well its true but I don't like hearing it from him.

I followed him closely behind, examining his very move until he suddenly grabbed me and pulled me towards a corner. No one was there but the group could see us from where we were standing.

"What are you doi-?!" I tried to ask, until he abruptly grabbed my shoulders.

"Can I kiss you?" He asked.

And with that my skin went pale. No way, no way in fucking hell am I ever going to do that!

"NO!" I nearly shouted, thankfully no one else but Sebastian heard... I think.

"...Okay you're making this difficult. Uhhhh turn this way." He made me turn to face the group.

Oh god I feel their eyes drilling into me. What is going on?! Why is he doing this?!

He leaned in and for a second I thought he was going to acutally kiss me, but he didn't. He just put his face REALLY close to mine. Anothers guy's face this close to mine feels like a crime.

"Sorry if this is uncomfortable or anything but... I mean this is a pretty natural way for them to think we're dating, right? And from this angle we look like we're going to tow-" I punched him for that.

"Why couldn't you just... god I don't know-- go up to them and say that we're dating?!"

"Because this is funnier."
