caffeine is needed 

The group managed to get into the café, their eyes automatically falling at the eight boys.

"No, no, I can't right now," Izzy whined, panicking, hiding between Amy and Hana as if that was going to make her invisible. "Why are they here? They were in our apartment minutes ago."

To her luck though, Amy and Hana were too busy smiling at their boyfriends to even notice her talking. And before she realized, the two girls were by the boys side and she was completely visible.

Thank god, Izzy thought when Astran rushed to her, letting her hide behind himself. Izzy sighed, walking to their usual table with him.

"Why am I like this?" Izzy whined again, slamming her head on the table.

"Okay, Riley, she needs her coffee as soon as possible," Astran proclaimed towards the black head.

Riley got up immediately, going to order a caramel macchiato for her and herself.

Laska, Robin and Tessa stayed with Izzy, watching the eight guys from their place. "I told you my brother is an idiot, but I thought you were happy with him being your soulmate," Alaska said, looking at the taller girl.

"I am!" Izzy said, raising her head to see the female. Then she sighed, "I think so. But I just don't know how to act."

"Just be yourself! He's already so in love you can't fuck up anything," Astran proclaimed, only making Izzy panic again.

"Stop saying he's in love with her," Tessa commanded. "It's only making her more nervous."

Riley turned around to face her friends. "Guys, does anyone else want anything?" She asked, watching the two tables.

The one with the boys seemed as alive as always, while their table was a complete mess. Izzy's head was on the table again with Astran next to her, his hand on her back as he was trying to calm her down. Tessa, Alaska and Robin were sitting opposite them, side eyeing Hyunjin at the other table, making him nervous too.

"Riley, can I get one caramel macchiato too?" Robin spoke up, getting a nod from Riley.

"Rye, three lattes please," Amy smiled, ordering for not only her, but also her boyfriend and sister.

"Riley, where you're at it, could I also get one?" Christopher asked, and the black haired girl didn't hesitate for a second before agreeing.

"Oh, oh! Can we get some too? Are you paying?" Jisung grinned at the girl too, making her roll her eyes.

"I am not paying. You think I have money for so many coffees? I can barely offer my own," she shook her head as if she found it unbelievable they thought she had money, turning back around to only ordering for her friends and Chris.

Amy sat between Jeongin and Hana, Seungmin right next to her, looking at Hyunjin on the other side.

"What?" He asked confusedly, worried if there's something on his face.

"Don't you...I don't know, want a coffee by any chance?" Amy asked, pointing at the barista with her eyes.

Hyunjin looked at her, even more confused now, until he noticed the barista already handing out Riley the coffee. "Oh, yeah, right. I'll get a coffee," he nodded, standing up. He glanced at Amy, seeing her nod to him before sending him away with her eyes.

Chris got up too, with similar intentions as Hyunjin.

The two boys walked to Riley, who was already holding hers and Izzy's coffee. Hyunjin quickly took Izzy's coffee from her, making Riley confused.

"I'll bring it to her, okay?" He asked hesitantly, feeling intimidated by the girl's look. It was probably the first time she made him feel that way. No matter if she was making fun of him or just annoying him, he always saw her like a kid even though they were the same age, but suddenly, with Izzy in the game, he was scared of what she might say to him.

Riley looked at him and then at Izzy, slightly nodding. "Don't fuck things up," she said, taking a different coffee.

"Wait, let me help you," Chris proclaimed immediately, taking the latte for Amy and Hana. "Do you want to go to our table for a moment? Let those two talk about whatever they need," he glanced at Hyunjin and then back at Riley, "and you know, just talk with us."

The girl nodded with a smile, trying to seem cool and all when she walked with him to the table, glancing at Hyunjin, who was walking towards Izzy with her coffee.

"Can we just change the topic? What have you guys been up to lately?" Izzy asked, raising her head once again, not even noticing Hyunjin.

Astran looked at the girls, not knowing what to talk about. Tessa, however, had a thing she wanted to discuss with Astran so she just took the chance, asking the question she had on her mind since she talked to Riley about his soulmate.

"Astran, I noticed you texting someone all the time," she commented. "Care to share with who?"

"What?" Astran asked, glancing at Riley right away as she was the only one who knew, but to his luck, she was already walking away with Chris. He sighed, "Okay, fine, I've been texting with Changbin since Seungmin's and Hana's meetup."

"And you didn't tell us sooner??" Laska questioned, shaking her head in disbelief. "Tell us more!"

Astran chuckled, looking into the table so they couldn't see that he was blushing. "He's my soulmate," he mumbled, not even letting any of the girls interrupt him. "And we might have been flirting over text...and he asked me out like two days ago," they blurted out, avoiding the girls' looks and instead glancing at the boy, noticing him already looking at them.

"You're kidding!" Izzy exclaimed, happily nudging her friend's shoulder. Then she noticed the tall boy, holding her coffee with a nervous smile. "Hey..." she muttered quietly, glancing at Alaska, looking for some help.

"Hey," he answered, also glancing at his sister, trying to hint to her with his eyes that she should just let him speak. "I got your coffee," he mumbled. "Uhm, can we...can we go talk outside? Please?" He asked the brunette.

As much as Izzy didn't want to talk to him now, she told Astran to move so she could get up from the table. "Okay," she nodded slightly, taking her coffee from him, drinking right away. She definitely needed to get some caffeine into her first.
