respect for elders
Amy stretched her back as she finally stood up from the chair. She couldn't say she never sat in a place for so long - who would even be convinced with that, she is used to playing games with Robin for four hours straight and everyone knows it - but the chair wasn't the most comfortable one, and she was getting hungry.
Jeongin glanced at her with a smile, putting his arm around her shoulder, pulling her closer to himself. The black haired female smiled back at him, wrapping her arm around his waist, walking together with him out of the movies.
"But me and Hana are love birds," Seungmin scoffed, seeing the two younger friends of his. "You guys are disgusting."
"Says you," Jisung rolled his eyes, pointing at the fact Hana and Seungmin were still holding hands. "You two are somehow the definition of a relationship everyone wants."
"True, I want a relationship with Seungmin too," Izzy chuckled, making Hyunjin roll his eyes. "You know I am joking," she nudged him with a laugh, holding onto his hand.
"I hope you are, weirdo," Seungmin frowned.
"Rude," Izzy rolled her eyes, noticing Laska and Felix walk last. "You two, walk faster, I almost forgot you were here," she said towards them, interrupting their conversation about the movie they were just (partly) watching.
"I wish I forgot they were here," Hyunjin whined. "I saw them kiss like a million times during the movie."
"Suck it up." Alaska took Felix's hand and walked closer to her friends. "You're just jealous because you two haven't kissed yet."
"And you got that information where, sis?" He raised his eyebrow at her, making her eyes widen.
"You two kissed??" She exclaimed, already having mixed feelings about it. "When? Why haven't you mentioned it?" She glanced at Izzy, to which she just shrugged.
"I guess, there wasn't time," she smiled awkwardly. "And, uhm," she started, looking at Laska. "We're dating too."
"Really?" Felix asked happily immediately. "Congrats, Hyunjin! Was about time, you've been crushing on her for long enough."
Hyunjin sighed, "you didn't need to say that, but whatever."
"Wait, are we the only two who didn't know?" Laska asked, noticing how it didn't surprise anyone else.
"I didn't know about it either," Robin mentioned. She glanced at Minho next to her, questioning if he knew. After all, he somehow knew everything when it came to the soulmates in their group.
"Neither did I, but I couldn't care less," Minho shrugged.
"We didn't know, but had an idea," Hana spoke up and Seungmin nodded, agreeing with what she said.
"I knew," Amy chuckled. "I was the first one to know everything."
"Favoritism," Riley shook her head.
"And she texted it to Jeongin, and he told me and Jisung," Chan explained.
"And they couldn't just keep it hidden from their soulmates so they shared it with us," Tessa grinned, speaking for her and Riley.
Alaska sighed, giving up on anything in this friend group. "Whatever, do what you want, and I'll do what I want, even if it means kissing your best friend," she grinned at her brother. Hyunjin just rolled his eyes at her, pulling his girlfriend closer to himself as if he wanted to prove her something.
"Okay, enough arguing," Izzy chuckled upon being pulled closer to him. "I am getting a little hungry, don't you want to grab something?"
"Yes!" Amy almost yelled, her stomach begging for some food.
"I agree, I am hungry too," Changbin commented, which gave Astran no other opinion but to nod too.
Minho glanced at Robin, wanting to ask if she was hungry too, but he backed up pretty fast, turning his head back to face Seungmin and Hana, who he was looking at until now. For some reason, he felt jealous of them.
Not that he would want to date Hana - he could never imagine himself in that position - but maybe, maybe he wanted to date his soulmate too. Especially after seeing all his friends be happy with their soulmates, no matter if it was in a relationship or whatever talking stage Chan and Riley had, he wasn't sure himself.
"Yeah, I am down," Robin nodded, not even noticing that Minho was looking at her before. "I've been craving ramen today."
"Are you okay? That usually only happens at 3am," Riley laughed, making her chuckle too.
"I'll have another at 3 am, don't worry," she assured her with a laugh.
"So, we're going for ramen?" Jisung questioned.
"As long as it's a nice place I don't mind," Tessa proclaimed.
"I'll go anywhere as long as Alaska is going," Felix grinned, making the girl next to him smile. Her cheeks red now.
"That was unneeded, but fine," Hyunjin frowned. "I am okay with ramen."
"Then I think it's decided," Izzy chuckled. "If Robin wants ramen, we should get ramen."
"Sounds like another favoritism," Riley shook her head, again. "What if I said I wanted something else, would we go there?"
"No, we're not doing anything you want," Izzy rolled her eyes.
"I bet she'd take you to a sushi place even when she doesn't like it just because she knows you don't like it either," Tessa laughed.
"Your respect to elders is dropping every single day, unbelievable," Riley scoffed.
"You know, she respects me," Robin shrugged. "I think the problem is you," she laughed.
Christopher chuckled too and Riley glanced at him immediately. She believed he would be the one to understand what it was like when his younger friends didn't respect him, but instead, he was laughing at her too. She sighed.
When Chris noticed her face, he shook his head, wrapping his arm around her shoulders to pull her closer to himself. "Don't think much about it, some of us respect you more than you think," he winked at her, making her melt.
