Y/n's POV
As soon as Professor Garlick finished her Herbology lesson, the class was dismissed and the students dispersed. I gave Sebastian a knowing glance and a sneaky nod, which he reciprocated, as he led Ominis quickly out the door. I hung back until everyone had gone, except for Leander, who seemed to have taken my bait. I had done my best during class to catch his eye a few times, giving him a few flirty looks, much to his liking.
"Leander," I whispered loudly, grabbing his arm, "Since we have a free period now, before Potions, I was wondering if you'd like to join me, in my dorm, for some... down time."
"Feeling a bit frisky, are we?" he asked smugly. He pulled me in and held his lips before mine, much to my distaste, but I held my own.
"C'mon, let's go," I said, "But we mustn't be detected by anyone, you understand? We'll travel quickly by Floo and immediately let's use the disillusionment charm, got it?"
"Sure honey, let's go. I'd like to finish off what we started last night..." he said with a sickly growl.
Ugh... gross.
Once we reached the Slytherin Common Room, we crept up to the girls dormitories. My heart was thumping in my chest, I couldn't wait to confront him and was relieved I didn't have to go about it on my own. Once we were at my door, we removed the charm. Before I could reach for the door handle, he grabbed me, spinning me around and pushing me up against the door, his body pushing into mine.
"I can't wait to taste more than just your lips," and with that, catching me off guard, he lunged in for a kiss, sticking his tongue in my mouth.
I tried wrestling out from under him but he was too strong. I grasped desperately for the door handle behind me, but failing to reach it, I kicked back at it frantically to try and burst through it. The boys waiting inside had heard the struggle, and they were done waiting.
The door flung open, and I fell back into the room, crashing onto the floor, Leander crashing on top of me.
As the door swung shut, I heard Sebastian yell "Expelliarmus!" followed by "Levioso!"
As Leander flung around stupidly in the air, Ominis rushed to my side to help me up.
Sebastian's eyes almost looked like they were glowing green! He was clearly filled with rage.
"What did you slip her last night, Prewett," Sebastian spat.
"Nothing I... I swear! She came onto me ok?" he lied. "Now put me down, you jealous bastard."
"Sebastian, put him down," I ordered. He looked at me like I was mad. Leander smirked.
"Trust me." I assured my friend.
"Fine," Sebastian obeyed, "DESCENDO!" and with that, Leander crashed hard into the floor.
"Hold him still," I demanded. Sebastian obeyed again, without hesitation. He pocketed his and Leander's wands, and strode towards him, roughly pulling him up from the ground, and standing behind him, he kicked the back of his knees, pushing Leander down to a kneeling position, and pinned his arms behind his back.
I pulled a small vial out of my pocket, and whispered in Ominis's ear, "Nothing a little Veritaserum can't do to pull the truth out of him, don't you think?" A smile crept across Ominis's face as I swept across the room.
Standing in front of a struggling Leander, I demanded, "Poke out your tongue. Do it, NOW, or my jealous bastard friend will pull it out for you."
I could tell Sebastian was enjoying this.
Leander reluctantly and shakily poked his tongue out. I pulled a dropper from the small vial, and squeezed three small drops onto his tongue. I pushed his tongue in with one finger, and closed his mouth with the same hand, squeezing his cheeks, my pointy black fingernails digging into his skin.
"There there, Leander. I'm not going to hurt you. I just want the truth. And you're going to give it to me. What was in my drink last night?"
"Amortentia," he blurted out against his will.
"A love potion?" I was shocked, it made no sense. How come I reacted so... well, differently, I thought to myself, blushing as I remembered my sensual dance with him. "Where did you get it from?"
"I asked Garreth Weasley to brew it for me," he admitted.
My heart sank. Garreth was in on this? He was supposed to be my friend...
"Why did you do it?" I asked, angrily.
"Because I like you," he revealed. "And I wanted you to make out with me."
"Right...," I didn't know what to say as my mind swirled with all these facts, including that my supposed friend Garreth had also essentially done this to me. "Well... if I ever catch you using a potion on anyone ever again, or if you ever try touching me again, I'll... I'll..."
"If you touch her again, Prewett, I'll transform your little willy into a thimble," Ominis threatened, a smirk crossing his face at the thought.
"Understood," Leander responded sheepishly.
"Now, apologize to the lady," Sebastian growled.
"I'm s...sorry, y/n," Leander stuttered.
"Get out," I demanded. And with that, Sebastian whipped the door open, picked Leander up, and threw him out into the hall, along with his wand, slamming the door behind him.
"Y/n, you're brilliant," Sebastian gushed, "Well done."
My eyes narrowed. It really wasn't sitting right with me to learn that Garreth was involved in this. And, I thought he like liked me. My heart felt heavy at this news.
"So, what are you going to do about Weasley, y/n?" Ominis asked me.
"I'm going to confront him after Potions class," I answered.
"Are you going to use Veritaserum on him as well?" he asked.
"Oh, no, I won't be needing a confession. Besides, I've got something else planned," I responded, my rage starting to build.
"Do you require assistance?" Sebastian gallantly asked me.
"No, that's quite alright Sebastian. However, you're welcome to watch." I smiled, flirtatiously. "Let's go."
3rd Person POV
Y/n could barely contain herself during Professor Sharp's lecture in Potions class. She had clearly gotten herself all worked up. Sebastian watched her as she death-stared Garreth, he was completely unaware. He wondered what she was going to say to him. He couldn't wait to hear it.
When Sharp dismissed the class, y/n stormed out first. Sebastian and Ominis rushed to see if she was ok, but just outside the classroom, she rounded and stood her ground defiantly.
"You'll wanna stick around to hear this," Sebastian whispered loudly to his classmates and friends as they exited the classroom, including Amit, Natty, and Poppy.
Sensing that something was brewing, and sharing Sebastian's whispered words around the entranceway, the class gathered outside the Potions room, and Garreth was the last to enter. A sort of circle had naturally formed around y/n, as she gritted her teeth in anticipation.
"What's all this about, then?" Garreth chuckled, clearly oblivious as to what he was walking into.
Y/n's anger flared, and without a second thought, she swung her fist and punched Garreth squarely in the side of his face.
The impact took him by surprise, as he stumbled backward, clutching his jaw in pain. The students gasped in surprise, even Ominis and Sebastian. Physical violence was rare at Hogwarts, at least, by one's own fist. Wands seemed one step removed from skin-on-skin impact. Y/n was breathing heavily, rage coursing through her veins. Before he could question her motives, and before anyone noticed the tears welling in her eyes, she turned and ran.
