ENHYPEN. A boy group, with a concept of Vampires. Seems pretty normal to the Kpop industry, expect a member has a secret. A secret that could change everyone's career.

Jake has a crush on Sunghoon.

To any normal person they would think this wouldn't be a problem. But to the Kpop industry this his a huge problem. Not only is it a chance of a member dating another member but two males. Homophobia is still in South Korea and the little population of fans that would stop supporting them could be dangerous to their career.

So Jake got sick of this feeling of being held back and away from his true self. So he did only what he can without hurting anyone.

He wrote a song.

A song that represents his feelings that are being locked away and pushed away. Always longing for Sunghoon to be in his arms. Sometimes he wrote stuff that made sense to the lore to not draw suspicion since nobody knows about his feelings.

The song got approved, Jake didn't expect it. Heeseung wrote a song, which was Polaroid Love and was barely passed. Everyone else who tried was rejected. And so here they are in front of their producer so he can boast about Jakes immaculate writing.

"Jake wrote us a song and we are approving it." Jake looked away since he didn't tell the others he was writing a song.

"It's called Criminal Love, it's amazing. I'll only let you see your lyrics since I want you all to hear it at once and how it is so realistic." Everyone nodded, "We will start with Niki" everyone but Niki left the producing room.

As they got to the hallway Jake knew he had some explaining.

"Why didn't you tell us?" Jungwon asked as everyone sat down in one of the chairs in the hallway.

Jake sighed, "cause it's a love song..." he whispered, embarrassed to admit it.

"Huh?" Jay asked for everyone since they didn't hear him.

"It's a love song..." Jake dramatically slouched in his seat to draw away suspicions of him actually being in love.

"Really?" Sunoo and everyone was shocked, Jake writing a love song didn't seem so possible to them.

"How'd you get inspired?" Of course THE SUNGHOON had to ask.

"Well my parents had a sweet love story so I kinda tweaked some things to fit our concept." Jake awkwardly laughed, knowing none of them believed him but wouldn't push the subject.

"So do you know who gets what line?" Heeseung asked, switching the topic smoothly.

"Nope, I kinda just wrote lyrics and let production choose everyone" everyone nodded, getting a understanding of Jakes thought process.

Time flew by for them as Niki was already done. The producer stuck his head out, looking for who to bring next. "Jay, I'd like to get you into the official song as soon as I can" Jay stood and walked into the producing room.

This song has a difficult concept. It was new and they liked it. So of course they filled Niki in on what they know and started talking about new topics. The next to go in was Jake.

After him the order went as said, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Jungwon, and Heeseung. When Heeseung got done they forced everyone to stay out and wait for them to quickly put everything together and correctly. They all did as told and waited impatiently for the results, wondering what the others sang.

The producer came out in a even happier mood. "Gosh Jake, this was a great idea" the producers pulls them all in the room to listen to the full song.

The other members eyes widened at the lyrics. It would be nuts if he actually likes someone cause this song would be running close to the edge. Jake was holding himself back during the whole song from just pulling Sunghoon and kissing him until he couldn't anymore.

Jake sighed as the song was over and so was the embarrassment. The others were leaving the room as the producers told Jake to wait for them to leave to tell him something.

"We know this song is about Sunghoon, and we love it" He fist bumped Jake as Jake laughed as the other producers silently chanted so the members wouldn't get curious later.

"Thanks guys, hopefully something happens in our favor." Jake shakes his head and waves by to the production team.

"What'd they hold you back for?" Curious Niki asked, "none of your business" Jake stuck out his tongue at Niki as the boy pouted.

"OH MY GOD!" Jungwon stopped mid hallway as the members ran back to him to see what was going on.

"Apparently Rose and Lisa from BLACKPINK said they are dating and more and more Kpop gay couples are coming out after seeing the positive feedback." Jake wanted to start break dancing but instead laughed to get some part of the joy out of him.

"I guess Jake and I should explain then?" Sunghoon joked since people always see them as boyfriends. Which caused Jake to choke on his laughing from not expecting that, which made the others think he was being for real.

"HUH?" Sunoo yelled out as Sunghoon panicked and helped Jake quickly.

"It was a joke but it caught me off guard" Jake quickly explained the joke he wished wasn't a joke.

The members walked back to the dorm after clearing up the misunderstanding, they ate their dinner and went their own ways and to their own rooms as well.

Niki and Heeseung decided to play Mario Kart as Jay watched and switched out with them. Sunoo and Jungwon went to their shared bedroom and are watching a Kdrama. Jake is in his and Sunghoons shared room watching dumb YouTube videos on his phone.

Sunghoon is washing dishes while letting his mind run as the water did too. Did Jake write that song about me? Sunghoon shook his head. Why would Jake even like you like that? Or even write a song about you? He probably likes some other Kpop idol. Sunghoon couldn't live with his own curiosity and so he hurriedly got done with the dishes and headed to his shared room.

"Hey Jake?" Sunghoon peaked his head in as he saw Jake laying on his back with one foot on the ground and the other on the bed with his hand holding the phone above his face.

"Yeah?" He turned his head over at the strangely awkward Sunghoon. "What's wrong?" Noticing something wrong with Sunghoons aura he asked about it.

"I- uh well." He stopped himself to restart. "I know your parents love story and it wasn't at all that, so uh, what really inspired you to make the song?" Sunghoon shut the door and held his back against it, refusing to move anywhere until he is answered.

"Do you want the truth or the white lie?" Jake sat up as Sunghoon obviously chose the truth.

"Fine," Jake stood fully up and walked over to Sunghoon. "You." Sunghoon titled his head, not getting the bigger picture here.

"I wrote the song based off of my feelings for you." Jake explained as Sunghoon went red. "I assume by that reaction you feel the same?" Sunghoon lightly nodded, feeling how red his face his and embarrassed by it.

"Gosh, it was so hard hiding my feelings for you" Jake had Sunghoon pinned against the door and spoke lightly so if anyone was passing they wouldn't hear. Jake traced his fingers across Sunghoons pretty face as Sunghoon held on to his arm, telling him to not stop.

"The song told me" Sunghoon smiled at Jake. Jake took the chance to lock the door and bring Sunghoon to his bed.

"Doesn't it just show how much I am in love with you that I would do all that?" Jake placed Sunghoon on his lap and made him face him as his hands explored around the new canvas.

"I appreciate it" Sunghoon held onto Jakes shoulders as they talked and talked with each other.

"So your my boyfriend?" Jake raised a eyebrow as Sunghoon slightly blushed, "yeah" he answered.

They heard a knock from the door so Sunghoon stood and went over as Jake played cool. It was Jungwon. "Hey would either or both of you want to watch a movie with us?" Jungwon smiled as Sunghoon looked back at Jake who nodded.

"Yeah, what's the movie?" Sunghoon and Jake left the room with Jungwon and went to the living room with him.
