My Soccer Player 📖

"Ah Sunghoon! When are you ever gonna get a boyfriend?"

That was the current topic at the coffee shop amongst Sunghoons friends. Since all of their classes at the college just ended for the day they came to the coffee shop as usual.

"I don't know, tell Jay to read my future or something." Sunghoon took a sip of his coffee. That was a inside joke, Jay is really good at guessing things so they call him the fortune teller.

"Gosh Sunghoon, you think with being a famous model you'd be dating someone by now." Jay was offended by the joke so he took his chance to stab at Sunghoon.

It was true though. Sunghoon is still in college for modeling but somehow he has already made it big. So now his teachers are trying to teach him quickly so he can get on with his career full time.

"Speaking of you being famous, you just went to a met gala. Anyone there who caught your eye?" Jungwon asked curiously.

Sunghoon took a second. Was there anyone who caught his eye? Sunghoon is a introvert, not the type to scout out people.

"I don't know." He gave them one of the only answers he has.

"So someone did?" Heeseung asked with confidence that made it sound like Sunghoon was telling him that.

"Gosh, I told him..." Sunghoon said under his breath but was loud enough for his friends to hear. He had looked away too so it was even weirder.

"Who is him?" Niki asked as he took a bite out of his cookie.

Sunghoons eyes widened, he seemingly didn't know he said that out loud. Which happens more than you would think.

"Fine! I give up" Sunghoon raised both his hands in defeat, but his friends didn't know what he was giving up to. "I am dating someone." He sighed out.

His friends were left shocked. "WHO?" They all yelled at the same time. Some people looked over but soon went to their own thing.

"Sim Jaeyun."

Jaeyun, or Jake, is actually a pretty famous soccer player for Australias international team. Despite Niki not being from Australia Jake is one of his favorite soccer players, though Sunghoon didn't know that.

"Like THE sim jaeyun! Soccer player for Australia???" Niki had put his cookie down and stared straight at Sunghoon.

Sunghoon looked around for help since he didn't know why Niki was so worked up about this.

"Jake is one of his favorite soccer players." Jay said and Sunghoon realized this is kinda awkward for him now.

"Well Niki to answer your question yes." Sunghoon actually almost laughed when he remembered Jake had told him something.

"Hey Hoon" Jake stopped Sunghoon when they had gotten into the building off of the red carpet so nobody would see them.

"Oh, hi Jakey" Sunghoons RBF was gone as soon as he realized his boyfriend was at the event too, creating a big smile on his face.

"To be really quick about this, here" Jake extended his hand with two tickets. "Two tickets to my teams next game, bring whoever you want. I hope you can cheer me on." Jake winked and walked off after Sunghoon had taken the tickets, of course he said bye and I love you but it was quick.

Sunghoon didn't really know who to bring. He was planning to ask Niki if he liked either of the teams.

"Hey Niki?" Sunghoon tapped his shoulder since the subject had switched while he was zoned out.

"Yeah?" Their nosy friends also stopped talking to hear what Sunghoon is going to say.
