Izuku ended up taking you both to a new cafe in the Hero district. The hero district is a place where many top heroes fund private restaurants and stores to be private for them and their families so that they don't have to deal with harassment from the media and civilians. Izuku parked the car and got out with a smile, helping you out, and then, before you could move, had Kaito out of his seat and on his shoulders.

You chuckled as Kaito continued to babble to Izuku, his multitude of questions seeming to be no problem for the no.1 hero. The trio of you walked into the cafe, which was quiet and had a pleasant atmosphere.  You all sat down and a young man, you'd have to say, around the age of 16 or so, walked up to take your order.

You ended up ordering a small omelet and a coffee, which Izuku immediately overshadowed and ordered you the full English breakfast, insisting that you be fed properly. You blush and smile at him. Kaito, having no idea what self-regulation was, ordered a stack of waffles, 6 sausages, and 3 sunnyside-up eggs, along with some hashbrowns. Izuku beamed at him and praised him for such a healthy appetite. You mentally shrugged, figuring you could always put the leftovers in a to-go box.

As the morning went along, Kaito filled most of the silence with his chattering, revisiting many topics and stories, all of which Izuku listened to as if he was hearing for the first time. When the food came, you had to remind Kaito of his manners when he started talking with his mouth full, gooey syrup and butter smeared all over his little cheeks. Each time you leaned forward and wiped off his gummy cheeks, more of the previous mess replaced it. You sighed heavily, the high energy of your son already getting to you.

You felt Izuku rest his hand on yours on the table and squeeze it gently, rubbing his thumb across the flesh of your palm. The next time you moved to wipe your son's face off, Izuku had already done so, sending you a wink.

"-and then, my friend, who was m... Murder Explosion Man got jumped by the goblin!" Kaito said, enthusiastically explaining the game he had played with his friend during recess the previous day.

Izuku smiled warmly, and then said,

"Oh you mean Kacchan? You know, I'm close personal friends with 'King Explosion Murder'," He said with a gentle chuckle, " We went to school together our whole lives."

"What? No way Mr. Izuku! That's so cool! Tell me!" Kaito exclaimed.

Izuku laughed nervously, and you looked over at him in confusion, before back to your son.

"How about we talk about this later, we all finished our breakfasts, so we should get going and let the staff clean..." you said, looking nervously over at the staff of the cafe staff who had been eyeing your table for the last 45 minutes.

"O-oh, yeah!" Izuku said standing, riffling in his pockets and tossing 30,000 yen on the table, tidying it up slightly before grabbing your bag as you heaved Keito into your arms and walked out of the cafe as Keito whined about not getting more stories out of the prohero.

An hour or so later, you had dropped Kaito off at school, Izuku graciously having given you a ride. He dropped you off at your house with a promise to call later that evening. You sat on your bed, day dreaming about him and putting off work majorly. With a sigh you relented and began cleaning house, all the while thinking of Izuku.
