Chapter Fifty Three

Harry Styles

I woke up with a really bad headache to someone kicking my side. I groaned in pain when their shoe dug into the side of my ribs.

I definitely had broken ribs and a messed up chest, the pain was almost killing me.

My eyes were trying to open slowly and adjust to the severe agony I felt at the moment.

Then a robotic voice came from this someone, but yet the pitch was so familiar, rough but cool at the same time "you know Harry, I thought you were smarter than that."

I couldn't open my eyes fully yet to see who that cyborg was, they must be swollen.

He continued "you just burned down everything I've worked on for years. My success, my computer, just everything. Even your sister. But yet you haven't thought this through. Your plan of blowing everything up was flawed Harry. One of the signs was that you didn't have a plan that will help you escape like a coward before you blew up the building."

I tried to shake my head while breathing heavily "sh-she wasn't m-my sister. She was one o-of your soldiers who y-you controlled for your o-own benefit. And I was willing to sacrifice myself. The o-only coward b-between us is you."

I could feel his breath now on my face, he must be crouching down beside me.

"Well that might be true, but she was more than that Harry. I loved Gemma so much but you just couldn't let me have her, could you. You come into the lives of people and then ruin everything for them. And yes, I may be a coward, but I don't run away from my problems like you do, I solve them."

Yeah by making everyone work on your command. I wanted to say but didn't have the energy to do so.

I could feel the blood trickling down my forehead. I could feel the rocks beneath my back. It didn't feel good to be fair. I was feeling slightly dizzy too. I haven't realized I was also holding my own arm till now, and my side was hurting so much.

I swallowed hard, feeling my Adam's apple against the skin of my neck "it's you who ruined everything. Look around you. You did this to yourself."

I was now able to open my eyes, but not fully. Although it was enough to see who I was talking to. I almost had a stroke knowing that it was him all along, but with quite the difference in his appearance. All I could make out was his facial features from the blue light illuminating it. 

This wasn't the person I knew.

"Why would you do this? To make the Earth a better place? Unison and peace? Look h-how that turned o-out. Huh." I scoffed, causing me to cough and feel an unbearable pain in the side of my body adding to the previous pain I was feeling.

Before I knew it, I felt a fist colliding with the side of my face. Right where I felt like I was bleeding. And it hurt more than it used to now.

His voice now more stern and angry "I did all the calculations before I started all of this Harry. You don't know what I went through to make this the perfect outcome of my creation. But you know, every creation has it's own loophole. I was too busy creating my devices, the headmasters, and making them the best of all at any angle. They were perfect. But I didn't realize that a loophole might happen.

And guess what? You and your little idiot friends were the loophole. So I had to study every single one of you in order to fix this mess. I went there and became one of you so I could know more about you. The reason why you rejected the devices. I was a hair width close to finding out your secret, but here you are, have already destroyed my creation and my studies. Except for the ones I was able to save, all stored up in here and in every atom of my body. A copy of every single code I've ever created."

He touched his finger against his temple with that last sentence and a metallic noise came out. So he's made out of metal? But he seemed so real and had human skin and warmth. Something is not adding up here.

I asked, disgust lacing in my wavering voice "and did you find anything interesting about us?"

He smirked and let out a short laugh from his glowing mouth and teeth "I actually did, yeah. I just needed to build a stronger device to control you, with unbreakable commands. I found a way, got it tested on some of your people who I've kidnapped. Worked like a lucky charm. You really should've seen it, straight out of a science fiction story."

He found a way? That means if no one stops him then he'll just build everything again and become stronger than he ever used to be and control every single human being living on this earth. Someone has to stop him. He can't do this.

Suddenly, I watched him as he stood up and turned his head away, looking in another direction before he sighed "your little girlfriend is looking for you. Better look like you're dying, maybe she'll show you some compassion."

He obviously doesn't know Pam that well, even when he's around her most of the time.

But wait, why Pam was looking for me? How could they let her out when I told them to look after her incase she did something as crazy as that.

He looked back at me "I should go now, see how this turns out from a distance, and maybe pay a little visit to you two. Probably kill you both at last then thrive in the world that belongs to me and only me."

Short chapter I know.. but it's better this way than putting the next chapter with this one yk...
