After the mornings events, Serena went on the search for her sister.
She went to the only place she could think of. Swimming through the entrance of the grotto did she see something that wasn't there before. A statue Of a man.
"Ariel" Serena called with worry as her eyes scanned the grotto. Suddenly Ariel popped up into Serenas arms and spun them around. "Serena I saw the most handsome man when we on the boat. Serena laughed with a smile" "I'm just glad your okay". Ariel continued to ramble on before pausing. "Serena where did you even go I didn't see you for hours". "I was with a human" Serena hesitated answering. Ariel gasped loudly with a laugh. "Was he handsome to?" Serena thought back to the man she had pulled out of the sea. With a blush she replied "yes" Ariel squealed excitedly for her sister. She brought her hand and lay it on her arm. "Serena?". Ariel gasped with excitement pulling her sister to the statue. "Do you think we'll see them again?" As they both looked at the statue studying it. Serena hesitated before answering, "I hope so" Ariel smiled widely and hugged her sister happily.
"Come let's go home" both mermaids headed out the grotto with smiles on their faces. They saw Sebastian calling for them. He was trying to convince them that the sea is better than the surface. He started singing as Serena danced to it as Ariel followed him, Serena laughed heartily watching.
