SAINT'S POV HOUSTON ,TEXAS
HER HOUSE Thursday-October.5th 10:35pm
"Alright here's the plan." I said as me and Nae was outside smoking a blunt
I had really gotten close with this kid, at this point she was family now.
"I'm listening" she said as she hit the blunt
"Alright so I did some diggin and she lives about an hr from here. So what you're gonna do is take a trip Saturday, wait for the right moment then bam." I said
"Hmm good idea but I don't think it'll be that simple. I have a better idea" Nae said
"Alright wise guy" I said grabbing the the blunt from her
She shook her head while laughing before clearing her throat.
"Alright I text her pretending to be Sari. Saying I wanna get back with her this and that blah blah. She comes down here trying to get sari. Me and my crew grab her, bring her to my trap and torture her." Nae said
"I like that idea" I said nodded and passing her the blunt back
"Great, it's settled then" she said before putting out the roach before walking in the house
I sat outside for a while just thinking to myself before I heard the door open.
"Cmon.." Blessing said grabbing my hand
We walked inside and upstairs into our room. I sat on the bed while she went run us a bubble bath.
These past few days I had been quiet. I don't know if everybody else noticed but of course my wife did.
I got up and went to Sari's room, knocking on the door I heard soft shuffling of her feet and her saying "hold on!" before opening the door
"Hey pops!" She said smiling
Her smile is what broke me and sent me into tears. 19 years I missed out in my first borns life. I missed her first words, her first steps, her first everything and then I wasn't there for her hardest moments.
I fell to my knees sobbing. She gasped in shock and got down on the ground holding me.
"Mommy!!" She yelled out
"I'm so so so sorry I wasn't there baby girl. I'm such a fool, all I wanted to do was protect y'all and I did that but it came with the worse consequences and that was me being taken from you. I'm sorry you went through that shitty relationship and i wish I was there." I said crying
"Y-you know?" She asked softly
I nodded as I looked up at her. I saw the tears forming in her eyes as she started to cry to. At this point we were holding each other.
"Please forgive me" I sobbed
"I was never mad..you did what you had to do to protect us but i wish things could've turned out differently" she said softly crying
I wished the same thing everyday too especially when I was locked up.
"I promise I'll make up for everything I missed" I said while wiping her tears
"I'd really like that" she said smiling softly
"Everything okay..?" Blessing asked as she stood by the door
"It isn't right now but I promise it will be soon." I said before getting up
Before walking into our room I bear hugged Sari and kissed her forehead.
"I love you peanut" I said while hugging her
"I love you too pops" she said sniffling
"Alright I think that's enough crying. Got a gangsta out here crying like a bitch" I said laughing as I let her go
"Aw yea yea" she said laughing before walking into her room
"Night Nae!" I yelled as she closed the door
"Night!" She yelled back
"Leave my girlfriend aloneee" Sari whined
"Oh I'm your girlfriend?" Nae said
"Sari has a girlfriendddd" I teased
"Dadddd get away from the door!!" She said
I laughed and walked into our room. I stripped my clothes and went get in the tub with Blessing.
"I.love.you.so.so.very.much" I said in-between kisses as I kissed her shoulder
"I love you too" she said as she melted into my arms like old times
God did I miss this.
