BLESSING'S POV HOUSTON ,TEXAS
DOCTOR'S OFFICE Thursday-November.20th 2:30pm
I was currently sitting in the lobby at the doctor's office with Brylan and Eclipse as we waited for her name to be called.
I had tried to talk to her mom a while back but she wasn't budging at all.
Eclipse was a month pregnant, if her mom wasn't gonna be in her life or my grandchild then I surely was.
"Well well wellll." Doctor T said as she walked out
"Oh noo not for me" I said laughing as I stood up
"Aw man" she said laughing
"My first grand baby" I said smiling as we walked to the back
"I'm guessing this one?" She said pointing to Eclipse
"Yes ma'am" Eclipse said politely
"Nice to meet you?" Doctor T said
"Eclipse" she said holding out her hand
"Doctor Tiana but most call me Doctor T" she said smiling and shaking Eclipse's hand
"Okay" Eclipse said
"And don't be nervous" Doctor T said
"Alright ima go back into the lobby" I said
Before I could walk out Brylan grabbed my hand and looked at me with nervousness in her eyes.
"Stay please mommy.." she said softly
I smiled didn't softly and nodded. I walked back with them, sat down and watched as Eclipse did her ultrasound.
"See that tiny dot?" Doctor T said
"Mhm" they both said
"That's your baby" Doctor T said
Brylan immediately broke down into tears as she hugged Eclipse. I didn't want my child to go through this so early but I was ready for it and I was gonna make damn sure she was too.
