HARRY POTTER STORY: Lions in snake den

Part 11

Becoming a champion was the only thing on students mind, some students were either filled with excitement or disappointment this of course being due to their ages Ronald was heaving as he thought that this would be HIS moment to get the fame that Harry always had many rumours where surfacing about who would actually want to place their name in the Goblet as there was a reason for it to get discontinued so many years ago, for Hogwarts there were two who decided to put their names in goblet; first was the Gryffindor chaser Angelina Johnson whilst the other was Hufflepuff seeker Cedric Diggory.

There where some students who tried to put their names in the goblet but all failing however non was more funny then the troublemaker twins attempt to do so, Harry, Hermione and their new Slytherin friends were able to witness the chaos which enfolded when Fred and George tried to get passed the age line that Dumbledore set at first everyone thought they succeeded but as soon as they done their handshake the goblet ferociously spat their names out and in the process gave the twins a set of Snow White beards but as soon as Harry, Hermione and the gang where set to go to Professor Moody's lesson Drumstrang students entered the room one student looked at Hermione and smiled towards her being polite she smiled back but unbeknownst to them was a blond hair boy feeling something which he would have never thought he would feel for a girl like Hermione so he decided to put those feelings down for the moment.

(Flashback to when Drumstrang and Beauxbatons students arrived)

Drumstrang decided that they would sit down at the Slytherin table whilst the Beauxbatons students decided that they would sit at the Ravenclaw table small conversation was made between the students of the different schools as Harry was just about to finish his meal he felt someone tap him on the shoulder "Blaise how many times do I have to tell you N....." Harry turned around to see the Bulgarian seeker Viktor Krum "Oh sorry about that Mr.Krum I thought you was an annoying friend of mine" after saying this he gave Blaise a slight look which wasn't unnoticed  "Not to worry I just came to ask why you are over hear aren't you a Gryffindor" once Viktor said this Harry realised that everyone in Britain and possibly the world don't realise that he and Hermione are now Slytherin as he definitely knew that Dumbledore would never release that information to the public.

As Harry was think about this Hermione decided that she would say what Harry was going to say due to him being in his thoughts "To answer your question Mr.Krum Harry and I have been resorted into Slytherin this year we are what you could call us Lions which should have belonged in the snakes den" shocked at what this girl just said Viktor asked "and just who may you be" Hermione looked to Harry who simply gave her a nod of approval "I am Hermione Angelica Potter sister of Hadrian Orion Potter also know as Harry Potter."

(Flashback end)

Everyone was sitting patiently for Professor Moody to start his lecture many of the students who have yet to have him where all speculating what he would teach but not a single person had expected him to teach the spells which can lead to so many issues.

"I'm Alastor Moody Ex Auror and you new defence against the dark arts teacher." A student was about to put their hand up when "Hand down no questions end of story." "When it comes down to the Dark arts there are many spells but non are more malicious then the three unforgivable curses can anyone tell me why...." Not a single person wanted to answer as they were all stunned as to why Professor Moody decided to start with the unforgivable curses as his first lesson "WELL!!"

Hermione closed her eyes and swallowed what felt like lead at the back of her throat and started to calmly speak "because sir any use of them will automatically give to a one way ticket straight t...." She was unable to finish her sentence as Professor Moody decided to cut her off "to Azkaban" "so which curse shall we see first shall we..." Alastor Moody was slowly walking around the class to see which student he would ask the question many if not all the students didn't want to be picked after a sort walk around the classroom he came to a decision "MALFOY stand" Draco stood trying his best to make it seem he wasn't scared "give us a curse"
