HARRY POTTER STORY: Lions in snake den

Part 15

A whole week has gone by since Harry took his friends and sister down to The Chamber of Secrets, and promised to each of them that he would take down at least one of them to the chamber as the week progressed.

On the Monday Harry decided that he would take down Tracey as that was when she had very little going on choosing electives which are easy to obtain, whilst the two of them was down their Harry would usually read up on Parseltongue Magic and how it can be used to it's full potential, Tracey on the other hand would be surprisingly looking at the decorations as well as the materials used in the room this was due to her family business.

The Tuesday consisted of Harry and Draco going to the Chamber with each other straight after quidditch practice, after Harry and Hermione got resorted into Slytherin the quidditch tryouts took place obviously Harry would go as no matter what team he would play for quidditch was a means of freedom for Harry, surprising Draco gave up his role of seeker in for becoming a beater as the main reason for his sudden seeker position was to up one on Harry but that would have been no longer the case.

Whilst in the Chamber Harry and Draco asked Salazar questions on magic, these questions where all about how magic could be beneficial for business gain, as Salazar was a master at both potions as well as spell creation he told the pair that by using magic in certain aspects of potion making and spell creation you can one exponentially improve the potion you are wanting to achieve and therefore sell it for increased prices and then came spell creation where you could become private tutors for families who want their children to have the best spells at their disposal.

Theodore joined Harry to visit the Chamber on the Wednesday at half three in the afternoon however Theodore didn't turn up until four o'clock Harry was about to ask the question of where the hell he has been or why he was so late but before he could he saw the boy with what looked to be a slight blackish purple area near his eye. Whilst in the Chamber Theodore was looking for books on both the Wizard politics for when he is of age to join the Wizengamot as well as books about crafting armour, as this was happening Harry was looking though a book on magical creatures and their eggs it was when he got to the serpent part of the book he saw the same egg which was stationed in the centre of this room, that egg was a basilisk egg.

Just before the two of them left though Harry put his hand on Theodore's shoulder and said "Theo what happened to your eye that made you be late" stopping he turned around and said "Nothing Harry just...leave it alone" Harry was about to agree but something inside him made him do the opposite "No Theo you are my friend and I have very few of those I don't want to be left in the dark I have told you as well as everyone else what I have been up to in hopes to regain your trust I just thought that if anything happened to you, Draco, Daphne, Hermione hell anyone you would not keep it from me because of that's the case then why should I tell you things when you wouldn't tell me anything going on with you..."

Harry was about to leave but Theodore shouted his name "HARRY!" Turning his head Harry looked back "Wait...I...I...I'll tell" and so Theo did he told Harry that just before he was coming to meet up with him he got jumped by Ronald, Dean and Seamus he stated that he was able to blast Dean way but not before Ronald tackled him like the ape he is and then proceeded to punch him in the face repeatedly, as he was saying all this Harry's magic started to flair up it only calmed down when he said that both professors McGonagall and Snape turned up before any damage was permanent.

Harry looked toward his friend once he was finished and looking at the ground walked towards him and again put his hand on him and said "Thank you for telling me this Theo I promise to you that if anything like this tries to occur again I will be there to back you up." Harry then put out his hand which Theodore took and they shook each other's hand.
