HARRY POTTER STORY: Lions in snake den

After listening and learning about all the contents contained in the will of their dead parents Hermione and Harry where holding on to each other and crying into each other, it took a couple of moments for the twins to calm down, once done they thanked the goblins who assisted them in the opening of the will, but before they decided to leave Griphook spoke "Mr.Potter I'm glad that your and your sister now know the contents that resides inside the will of your late parents but I need to ask you said that your know considered a magical adult due to participating in this hellish tournament correct?" Harry looked to the goblin and with his eyes still red he simply nodded.

"Well if that's the case, I recommend that you now take up your Lord rings." Griphook said strongly, Harry looked at the goblin then to his sister and then looking to Lord Greengrass and asked him "Sir if I was to take up my Lord rings what would that mean?" Closing his eyes and letting out a slight subtle breath the man spoke; "Well Hadrian, if you was to take up your rings you would be seen as a Lord of the many houses you own," he then looked to Griphook and continued "I'm guessing that Hermione would also receive the rings that are rightfully hers?" Griphook simply gave his signature toothy grin and nodded. Lord Greengrass then looked back to the twins and continued to say what was needed. "The pair of you if you take up your rings will get to know weather or not a drink of food has been spiked, as well as special abilities that are only limited to the Potter family, both of you will need to learn up on your wizarding laws as you will both be required to attend the Wizengamot which happens either 6 times a year the next would be held on January the 18th. Does that answer your question?" "Yes thank you sir." Harry then looked to his sister who just nodded at each other.

Once they both received their rings Harry looked down and thought to himself 'These are incredible not to mention they look amazing!' All of a sudden he then heard his sister say 'Couldn't agree with you more Harry' this startled the boy a bit so he whipped his head towards Hermione and asked "What did you just say?" Hermione gave her bother a question looking face and said "I didn't say anything Harry." Once done they went back to the floo they thanked Cyrus for his assistance who simply nodded and smiled at them before he went to his job in the ministry of magic, it was then Harry and Hermione went to the opposite floo network and clearly spoke "Hogsmeade!"

It didn't take long for the pair to find themselves together in hogsmeade, as it was a Saturday they saw a few of the upper students wondering about but rather then staying any longer they decided to go back to hogwarts and tell their friends about their most recent findings. It took about 20 minutes for the pair to get to hogwarts on there way they had spoken about how they both spoke to each other with out uttering a single word, they then came to the conclusion that with the use of the rings they could talk to each other telepathically, with this new knowledge Harry's first thought was about gaining strategic advantages when it comes to tests which Hermione decided to slap his head hard for suggesting something like that. As soon as they got close to the entrance Harry spotted Cedric with his friends who currently pacing around Harry looked to Hermione and told her that he would catch up in a bit Hermione simply nodded.

"Hey Cedric!" The Hufflepuff Champion turned around and saw Harry walking towards him and as he had nothing better about worrying about this stupid tournament and most of his friends not actually helping out like a loyal Hufflepuff should he decided to speak with a fellow Hogwarts Champion who was currently going through the same issue, "What's up Harry, you need anything?" Harry could simply notice that Cedric was struggling with this current situation so even though he was now a Slytherin he still came from a Gryffindor parents. "I'm good Cedric, just got back from Hogsmeade with my sister but that's not what I wanted to talk about, have you learned anything about what the first task could be?" Cedric looked at the boy in front of him and simply shook his head getting this confirmation Harry continued to speak "Well I do it's going to be on Dragons most likely us having to fight to gain something from them, if your wondering how I know I simply sent a owl to a friend of mine's father who works in the ministry who confirmed it for me. I just thought I should let you know, anyway that's all see ya later." As Harry left Cedric had his mouth wide open thinking to himself 'why would Harry do that for him?'
