In one of the many streets of Musutafu there is the Bistro Vert or how it's calles by villians and heroes alike Bistro Switzerland. For the people of Musutafu a sacred place and for some heroes and villians a annoyance and reason of frustration. Why? Well mostly because of it's owner a green haired boy who makes it clear that this Bistro is neutral ground. And those who don't listen? Well they will soon find out how this Bistro became what it is.
