Izuku is diagnosed quirkless at the age of 4 and he is getting bullied for it. But at the age of 8 his mom got a job in Finland, so they move there. While in Finland Izuku finds an old Mosin Nagant rifle, he kept the rifle. Over the years Izuku learns alot of stuff including the fact that he is the reincarnation of Simo Häyhä better known as the White Death the deadliest sniper in world history. Now Izuku is 18 as he is invited to the Hero world rankings and how will his old friends react if they find out that the famous White Death the number 1 hero of Finland and number 5 in the world rankings is none other then the quirkless little boy that they used to bully.
