The day has finally arrived. It's Athanasia's birthday today, and you are busy preparing her birthday gift. Compared to what others might give, it may seem modest, but you hope she will love it just like she did last time. As you reflect on her 14th birthday, a pang of nostalgia washes over you. You can't help but miss the moments you shared when she was little. "My baby dumpling..." you whisper, feeling a mix of emotions.
Suddenly, a knock on the door startles you, and you quickly turn your attention towards it. "Who is it?" you inquire, curious about the visitor.
"It's Felix. May I come in?" he responds. The mention of his name piques your interest, and you invite him to enter. Slowly, Felix peeks his head into your room, offering a warm smile. "Good morning, Alena!" he greets you cheerfully. You return his smile and reciprocate the greeting.
Curiosity gets the better of you, and you ask him, "Oh, what about his majesty?" Wondering why Felix is here instead of going to Claude's room.
Felix explains, "Well, his majesty is awake and awaits your presence." You blink several times, feeling a mixture of surprise and exasperation. "What am I going to do with him..." you mutter to yourself, sweating slightly. Claude's attachment to you has always been a concern, and you can't help but worry about this habit of his.
"I'll be there in a moment. Thank you, Felix, for letting me know," you express your gratitude to Felix, returning his smile before he closes the door. Taking a deep breath, you think to yourself, 'Now it's time to change...'

Sighing once more, you gaze at the gift in your hands, knowing that despite its small size, it carries a lot of love. "Hopefully, she'll love it," you whisper with a touch of hope. Changing into a green dress, you tie your hair loosely, creating a bunny-like appearance with a black ribbon hair tie. "Now I'm all set! Let's go!" you say confidently to yourself.
As you stride towards the door, excitement bubbling within you, you suddenly meet with an unexpected obstacle—a hard knock on your forehead. "GAH!" you exclaim in surprise, rubbing the sore spot.
"You're late," he coolly remarked, seemingly unaffected by the fact that he had just knocked on you like a door. "At least say if you're alright... Urgh, my head," you groan in pain, shooting Claude a glare.
"Why are you here anyway?" you inquire, still feeling annoyed by his sudden appearance.
"To check on you. You were taking so long," he reasons.
You huff through your nose and avert your gaze. "Well, that's how some women are. They like to take their time getting ready because it makes them feel better about their appearance. But I'm not one of them," you say with a tinge of frustration.
"Here you are, being late..."
'This bitxh' you think to yourself, feeling a mix of irritation and exasperation.

Finally, you arrive at your destination, where you both will enjoy a meal together. As you eat in silence, a mixture of awkwardness and comfort fills the air. However, the tranquil atmosphere is interrupted when he makes a sudden move. "Are you coming?" he asks, and understanding his meaning, you surprise him with a bright smile.
"Of course! I can't wait," you reply, beaming with excitement, causing him to be momentarily taken aback by your response.
But the tables turn when he smirks mischievously at you. 'What is he smiling about? It's weird,' you deadpan in your thoughts.
"Do you still need help with dancing, hm?" he asks, clearly intending to tease you on this topic. Irritation builds within you, and you tighten your grip on the spoon. 'Oh, how I wish I could wipe that smirk off your face right now.'
"Oh, definitely! Just one day and one night, and I already master the art of dancing. But wait..." you pout your lips, contemplating your response, "You do realize that only girls the same age as Athy will be dancing, right? It's not for the grown-ups." You make a valid point, but he doesn't react, instead choosing to sip his tea.
"Oh, please. Have you forgotten?" he remarks.
'Please enlighten me because I don't know shit.'
"The last dance is reserved for the grown-ups." His words make you go pale, and he smirks at your reaction.
'Ugh, why does it have to be the last and just be nothing!?' you inwardly lament.
"Surely, you already have a partner, don't you?" you tremble, realizing that you haven't planned everything out for Athy's debut.
"Do I really have to?"
"Yes," he replies blankly, causing tears to well up in your eyes. 'God, betray me just this once and be on his side.'
"DO I really...have to..." you quietly said, 'AGHJRG EOIN IVWOGBWFB I ONLY KNOW ONE DNACE!'

"Hmm, it appears that you're also facing a dilemma when it comes to finding a partner," Felix remarked, his gaze fixed ahead while stealing occasional glances in your direction. You, visibly overwhelmed after finishing breakfast with Claude, couldn't help but express your distress.
"Do I really need to have a partner? Felix, please, help me," you pleaded, looking at him with teary eyes. He blinked, his hand gently grazing his cheek as he contemplated his response. "Well, perhaps it isn't absolutely necessary. If you truly don't wish to dance with someone so desperately, maybe you could simply watch...?" His choice of words caused him to question himself, his red locks accentuating the slight unease on his face.
"Hmm..." you looked down, lost in thought. 'But I've always yearned to dance with someone... Except, I've been practicing dancing with Lucas. However, why not...' You turned your head towards Felix, realizing that he had been stealing glances at you all along.
"Why not dance with you, Felix?" you asked innocently. Felix halted, and you mirrored his actions, both of you locking eyes, searching for unspoken sentiments within one another.
"Well, I wouldn't mind dancing with you. I would gladly accept," he replied with a sweet smile. Your eyes widened, overwhelmed by his willingness to take your hand for the dance.
As a gentle breeze caressed your hair, you closed your eyes, a radiant smile gracing your lips. "Ah, thank you, Felix! You're a true savior, a gift from above!" he blushes from your words and began to stuttered, to which you only chuckled.
Confusion mingled with jealousy within those piercing blue eyes, casting an enigmatic aura as they glared down upon the scene, uncertain of the complex emotions stirring within.
