He was born into an aristocratic family that could trace his ancestry back to the time of King John of England through his son, Prince Richard of Cornwall, and through his great-granddaughter, Lady Joan of Cornwall, through the paternal line, but through the maternal side, he could trace his ancestry through King John of England and his grandson, King Edward The First of England and his granddaughter, Lady Margaret of Brotheton, Duchess of Norfolk, and though her daughter, Lady Elizabeth De Segrave and through her granddaughter, Lady Margaret Mowbray who married Sir Robert Howard and they were the parents of Lord John Howard, 1st Duke of Norfolk.

Lord Patrick William Howard was the second son of The Duke of Norfolk in 2145, and he was born in 2130, and he knew he had to make his own way into the world, but the world he knew was plagued with the onset of World War Three that began in 2126.

Lord Patrick William Howard started to study at Cambridge University and he started to study Architecture, but in the year of 2147, he met the very beautiful Lady Margaret Devereux, and in 2149, they married each other in St. Paul 's Cathedral.

Lord Patrick William and Lady Margaret Penelope want to finish their education before they start their family and Lord Patrick William wants to design his own country manor in Yorkshire, England

Everything goes well for the young couple until April 27, 2153, when Lord Patrick William hears the news of World War Three and he worries for the future.


With Lord John Devereux, Lord John Carey, Lord Edmund Beaufort. They travel out to Bosworth field to say adieu to their noble ancestors that died during the War of Roses in the final battle on August 23, 1485.

Lord John Devereux and Lord Patrick Willliam Howard place a reef of white roses where their noble ancestors died for King Richard The Third, and Lord John Carey and Lord Edmund Beaufort place a reef of red roses where their noble ancestors fought and died for The Usurper. Henry Tudor, (Later King Henry the Seventh.).

But they all united by solitary and their lack of love for the emerging World War Three that began in 2126, with protests for the war and demonstrations against The War.

The United Federation of Planets gives them the opportunity to start a new on Star Base 12 and they siege the opportunity and on April 30, 2153 they board the USS Excalibur and their five year journey to Star Base 12 begins.
