The Old Fashion Coming Out Event of 2290

Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard turns 15 years old on May 1, 2290, and in June of 2290, she will be escorted by her father, Lord Andrew Charles Howard to her coming out event on Star Base 12 to be introduced into polite society.

It is the biggest event on Star Base 12, where all the fathers present their daughters and all fathers will take their sons to meet their prospective brides.

Most of the young men are between the ages of 15 and 17 and all the young women are 15 years old and born between January and June of 2275.

As there is a second coming out event for all the young ladies born between July and December at the end of December.

Lady Karissa dressed her oldest daughter in a Beautiful White lace and Gold Regency dress and Lord Andrew Charles will escort her to the coming out event at The Ritz Hotel on Star Base 12.

Lord Andrew Charles Howard is dressed in his best Regency suit and with his father, Lord Charles Andrew Howard SR, and Lady Karissa they attend the biggest event of the year.

as Lord Andrew Charles and Lord Charles Andrew present Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane to The United Federation of Planet's President, Jane Hathaway

 and to her husband, James Hathaway, and they are sitting together and Lord Andrew Charles Howard, on left side, Lady Elizabeth, in the middle and Lord Charles Andrew Howard SR. They walk up and step to the background and Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard gives a perfect curtsy to President Hathaway and her husband.

President Hathaway smiles and she tells Lord Andrew Charles " Lord Howard. I see you have brought your daughter."

"Madame President. This is my oldest daughter, and I have three other daughters. My youngest daughter is just four months old, my second daughter is 13 years old and my third daughter is only five years old." Lord Andrew Charles tells her.

"This is my oldest daughter, Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane." Lord Andrew Charles tells her.

"You must be very proud of such a beautiful daughter." President Hathway tells him.

"I am very proud, but my father is even more so." Lord Andrew Charles tells her.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR steps forward and he bows and President Hathaway smiles "Lord Howard. You must be very proud of your granddaughter." President Hathaway asks him.

"I am very proud, she is my oldest granddaughter, and I have four other granddaughters and my own daughter." Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR explains and they bow and they walk away.

The coming out event is attended by Lord Richard Edward Howard The Second and his son, Lord Richard Edward Howard The Third.

Lord Richard Edward Howard The Second is Lord Andrew Charles Howard first cousin and he is Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR nephew and Lord Richard Edward Howard The Third is his grandnephew.

Lord Andrew Charles Howard sees his first cousin and he walks up to Lord Richard Edward Howard The Second that they start to talk to each other

Lord Richard Edward Howard The Third starts to walk up to each other and they start to talk to each other and they look at each other.

Lady Richard Edward Howard The Third asks Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard to dance with each other.

They lead the dance at the coming out event of 2290 and during that evening Lord Richard Edward Howard The Third asks Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard to marry him and the crowd Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR smiles as he sees his golden hair heiress become engaged to his brother's grandson.

Lord Andrew Charles Howard looks at his first cousin and they are both the grandsons of Lord Charles Andrew Howard Senior.
