He was the second son of Lord Andrew Charles Howard The Fourth and Lady Josephine Isabellla Stuart, and he was born in 2375 and given the name of his great-great-great-grandfather, Lord Andrew Charles Howard, born in 2250.

He had an elder brother, Lord Jerome Alexander Howard who would in time inherit the Earldom of Moray through their maternal grandfather and their mother on Star Base 10, but Lord Andrew Charles Howard would inherit the Dukedom of Norfolk from his grandmother, Lady Victoria Elizabeth Howard and from his grandfather, The Dukedom of Westmister on Star Base 12.

Lord Andrew Charles Howard The Fifth would inherit his great-great-grandmother' s good looks and he would also look like his paternal great-grandfather, Lord Anthony Christopher Howard, Duke of Lancaster Territory.

Lady Josephine Isabellla gave birth to Lord Andrew Charles Howard The Fourth and her second son, Lord Andrew Charles Howard the fifth in 2375.

Lord Andrew Charles Howard The fourth was born in 2345, and he was married to Lady Josephine Isaeblla Stuart in 2365, and they didn't have their first child until 2370 and their second son, Lord Andrew Charles Howard the Fifth wasn't born until 2375.

Lord Andrew Charles Howard The fifth grows up to be one of the most handsome young men of his time as did his great-great-grandfather, and many young women on Star Base 12 seek his attention but he is much like his great-great-great-great-grandfather, Lord Frederick William Howard The Second, and he attends the coming events of 2390, and finally in 2393 he marries Lady Sybil Charlotte Burton, and in two years later they have their first daughter, Lady Florence Clara, his heiress, and in 2400, right before his grandmother and grandfather at the of 80 years old, Lady Sybil gives birth to Lord Andrew Charles Howard The Sixth, and he will inherit the Dukedom of Westminster Territory, whereas his oldest sister, Lady Florence Clara Howard will inherit the Dukedom of Norfolk Territory in time from their father.

Lord Andrew Charles Howard The Fifth in 2400 upon the death of his grandmother, Lady Victoria Elizabeth Howard at the age of 80 years old and shortly afterwards his grandfather, Lord Andrew Charles Howard The Third died, at the age of 80.

Lord Andrew Charles Howard The Fifth , The Sixth Duke of Norfolk Territory ushers in the dawn of a new age to Star Base 12 by introducing the Edwardian and Downton Abbey Era to Star Base 12.

Whereas his grandmother introduces the Victorian Era to Star Base 12, her grandson, Lord Andrew Charles Howard introduces The Edwardian and Downton Abbey era to Star Base 12.

Lord Andrew Charles Howard was 25 years old when he became Duke of Norfolk Territory and carries on what Lord Patrick William Howard began in 2165.
